First time dining at this location, it looks smaller from the outside but once you get inside you can see that looks can be deceiving and there is plenty of seating to include patio seating. The restaurant was clean and there seemed to be plenty of staff working. The salad bar was plenty stocked and of course don't forget the free ice cream.

Service was great my food came out fast. But, I got The New York Yankee, and it was not good at all. It had a funny smell I couldn’t put my finger on. Also, lacked the flavor to cost $15. But, I may be picky because I’m from Cleveland and we have the best corned beef in the country.

This is one of my favorite little places. It's very pricey for soup and sandwiches but the salad bar and salad bar to go are worth every penny. Get the texas garlic toast croutons on yoyr salad and the little molasses muffins to follow it up!

$10 Open Salad Bar , Full of Color, Diversity, & Flavor! My Palette & Spirit is Pleased. Thank You Jason's Deli))

I've been here a couple of times, also had coworkers order food from here. Every time the food has been good, no complaints, but every time it has taken a really long time to get the food.As an example, a coworker recently went to pick up food ordered online. She arrived at the scheduled time, waited quite a bit more, and made it back nearly at the end of her lunch hour. We work just a few minutes away.I really hope that the slowness is a temporarily thing, or that we've just been unlucky. Lots of people seem to like them, but I didn't want to go back unless I've got a lot of spare time.Update: I went back today. Service was fast, but it wasn't very busy. Maybe they are victims of their own popularity and when busy they can't keep up? Either way, i did enjoy the pot roast sandwich and beef stew. Not bad at all.

Jason's has my favorite chili. Meaty, finely ground beef with no beans. I also enjoy the free ice cream every time I go - but I don't love the consistency - it is soft serve but not like dairy queen.

Pretty decent food..they took my fav menu items off so I havent been back since

I must've picked the worst items on the menu. I do not see how they have a 4.5 rating! Pot roast had no flavor/seasoning. Bland would be a compliment. Broccoli cheese soup did not have any cheddar flavor or actual Broccoli and the texture/consistency was too thick to be considered soup. I definitely wasted 15.00 on overpriced hospital food. My first time there and I will NOT be returning.

When Grubhub messed up my order, which was supposed to be picked up, the staff graciously and quickly put it together again so I could take dinner home for my daughter and myself. The order was 100% accurate and freshly made. And as always, the food was delicious. Love this restaurant.

Fast good food but this review is for the employee who literally ran to my car to bring me my order. Awesome friendly service! Didn't get her name on the receipt it says Koh. Thank you for the great service.
