I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt the staff was very friendly and very accommodating when I made a special request for a lower floor they're always very attentive and respond quickly I will be staying again
I am handicap with a leg brace and walker, Hyatt has a great room for me, walk in shower and chair. Very Clean and friendly staff that always clarify my needs. Check in with me by text to make sure I have what I need.
The rooms are awkward. The fridge didn't work, the sink and tub didn't drain, there wasn't a microwave in the room, and it was hot. The bathroom door practically hit the toliet when opening. The customer service was terrible. The They have multiple rooms available off the main lobby, we requested to use one for a team dinner they denied so we had to sit in the lobby, where they practically pushed us out and threatened to throw our food away. We stayed as part of a stay and play for a tournament booked 6 months in advance so they should have expected a big group. The bath and pool towels were never available when needed.
We were visiting the Columbus Zoo and found this place to stay. Great location and hotel was clean and the pool on the 94 degree day was a big hit!!!! Husband and I enjoyed ourselves! Morning coffee was really good !!
I’ve always enjoyed staying at Hyatt Place type hotels when traveling. The layout of the rooms makes it feel more life a studio apartment than a hotel room. Large TV. Refrigerator. Great location with easy access to the freeway, and surrounded by a variety of eating establishments.
We needed an emergency place to stay during the Columbus power outage, Hyatt escalated their rates and disallowed, senior and military, room rates, and charged the absolute maximum rates possible because we were stranded.
Our room was on south side of hotel, making traffic noise during the night very loud. Don’t know if that would be same for a different room location. Easy on and off Rt 270! I didn’t try breakfast. Also loved the mattress n linens.
Nice hotel and location. Rooms were clean and large enough for a pleasant stay. Easy access to places in Dublin and would stay here again. Prefer to stay at Hyatt Place whenever travel due to too size and hotel amenities.
Standard hotel experience. Nothing out of the ordinary. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast had many basic options, which worked fine for us. A little older looking than the other hotels right in that area.
Hi, I dropped in a the HP Dublin location for a family function and was very happy with the experience. The woman at check-in was warm but efficient, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast bar, while adjusted for the post-COVID world, had a nice variety of items to eat. The coffee was pretty good, too. One observation...when I was there, a customer needed a room a little early and the front desk and cleaning person met in person near the desk and together, they triaged a way to get a room cleaned quickly while moving less important rooms back. This showed cooperation, flexibility, and a focus on the customer's needs. I don't think they realized anyone saw this but I did and was impressed. Will stay here again without reservation....actually, I probably need a reservation but you get what I mean :)
