Please do not come to this place. It’s so unprofessional and some of the employees are constantly giving dirty looks. I came into get sushi and wanted my friend to make it because I didn’t know the order and one of the employees, ( I believe her name is Sam ) Started to yell at my friend right in front of me. That is extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. There is no need for that, and felt like I wasn’t even welcomed. From now on I’ll be going to a different location that actually welcomes guests and treats them with respect.
Rancid/ Seaweed salad was rotten. When we opened this the smell was unbearable . Sushi was not bad, we have ordered before- disappointed. Will not order again.
Always tastes amazing and this location has always gotten everything right on my pickup orders! Much appreciated, love the addition of new locations.
It was our first time goingThe food was fresh and so very goodAll the colors in my bowl was satisfyingI would like to add that if you are on a fast where certain foods are restricted that this is the best place to go
I was here about 15mins ago and my order needed to be done around 7:15 and now it’s 7:32! The staffs are eating in front of costumers and don’t even starting my order!! This is sooooo unacceptable! I wouldn’t give 1 star I would do 0!
The food is always good and the staff is always nice people.... but the temp... is unbareable. I don't know if they are trying to stop people from actually eating at the location or if they are just trying to save money but by the time I leave after sitting on a 60° metal stool in the middle of Winter I can't feel my feet. and Im shivering. This is extreme guys.
This is NEW north end of Kroger mall, west side of Sawmill Road across the street from Huntington Bank!First visit....ample food. And, FRESH! You should ask for the BOWL. Choose what you would like to go IN the bowl. A bed of rice. (even have chopsticks). Choose the SMOKED SALMON. Just speechless delicious!! Guacamole is a small up-charged. If you are not sure; just ask. Our Servers and the Manager are friendly, and helpful. Expect about $13.00 per person which includes your choice of beverage.Our Party of 9 sat at one of the elevated tables. And, were just fine! There is a moderate echo in the new-style restaurants. But, that gets lost in conversation. Some sound-deadening panels on the south wall would help. But, I vote for a nice hand-painted mural of a villa overlooking the ocean? Very friendly, never have to wait very long, and the food is great. Really cool place to build your own sushi. Whenever I order online they always make it perfectly. Definitely would recommend to anyone who like sushi.
Good presentation, decent prices, but the food didn't seem all that well prepared.. Some sloppy rolling/cutting, overall not super fresh tasting either.Then on top of that we ordered delivery and didn't receive napkins, and got only two small packets of soy sauce with nothing to pour them into.I get that it's tough times for restaurants, so I won't give this a one star review, but I can't justify anything higher than two stars.
