I have tried calling multiple times this week to order. The guys answer the phone, ask you to stay on a brief hold and never come back. You can hear them in the background chatting. I gave up after 15 minutes.

Prices have gone way up.Staff isn't always paying attention. Last time I was there at least two whole orders were given to customers without ANY patties on the hamburgers and had to be re-made.
Although pickup time on the food was a little late, they delivered on the freshness and flavor of the fries, and the burgers.Shoutout to the two gentleman who worked their tail off on this Monday Afternoon. They never stopped moving!

Great food. But they never answer the phone, impossible to call in for pickup order. When asked the employee, answer is - phone must not be working. I got the same reply couple of months ago…
The prices in this location are outrageous! In a Cincinnati location I can get my usual burger for $3 cheaper than here. I will not be back to this location due to the spiked prices for the same product. $11.29 for the product simply isn’t worth it when I can get it cheaper elsewhere.
Pricey for what you get. Nice service though.
