Ordered at 625, said delivery will be 721. Started trying to call at 740. No one answered and I was hung up on, called again. Still on hold when it was finally delivered at 8. Looked like the driver threw the box, no contact delivery, bc some pieces were flipped over and cheese slid off. It ordering again. Ever.
Way too Greasy in everything.Ingredients aren't fresh.Delivery and or wait time is totally unreasonable whether busy or not.Only good thing I would eat are wings and thats at the Columbus airport location after a cold one or too.Overall:Literally any other place would be better to eat at.
This is one of the most friendly Donatos I have been too. It is always a pleasure and the staff works to make sure customers are happy. Not usually a fast food or fast pizza guy but this is a good place with good people.
The pizza was barely tepid and not made with much care by the looks of it. The bottom of the pizza was not firm.
I had ordered a half founders favorite and half works. My pizza was half works and the other half some weird combo of jalapeno and tomatos. Also I had ordered 10 packets of regular ranch and I was never givin it at the window. Had to drive 30ins back just to be giving gluten free ranch. Very disappointed and I will not be coming back to this location any time soon.
Best pizza, best service, neat and clean seating.
