They refused service to me along with my veteran grandfather to sit down to talk and eat, because they were closing in a whole 35 minutes and “didn’t want to clean up after us” as if we were both going to make a huge mess.I then asked the manager why we can’t take advantage of the dining room they offer…. She gave me the excuse that they close that at 9p.m. But admitted she has no sign stating that.I’ve never been so disappointed in how a business conducts itself, my time with my grandpa is valuable. I feel they stole that special moment from me that night.They’ve also made NO attempt to make it right, and instead excuse away the very poor way they conduct business at this location.I will never return here, which is sad to me.
I recently visited the Donatos Pizza in downtown Dublin [6 S. High St., Dublin] [on 4-9-2022].I did not eat there because (1.) I had eaten elsewhere in Dublin within the previous two hours and also because (2.) I am a regular customer at the Donatos in Upper Arlington [3000 Northwest Blvd.] from which I have ordered food hundreds of times. I already know that Donatos consistently serves absolutely delicious food.Before arriving at this new-to-me location, I had been interested to learn that that particular Donatos is in a historical building.After looking at the "Google Maps Street View" of that location [that had been photographed during August 2021] several times and seeing no clearly-visible "Donatos" signs mounted on the outside of the building, I had jokingly concluded that that particular Donatos must be a "stealth Donatos" because I had assumed that most people passing by would not even realize that that building is a Donatos.But as soon as I had arrived and had taken my first photograph of the outside of the building, I learned that the "Donatos" signs that have been mounted on the outside walls of on that building have been upgraded so that their "Donatos" identity is far more clearly visible from the street than it had been in the past.During my brief visit to the inside of the building, they had been quite busy because several customers had been standing in line at the ordering counter. I briefly walked around the building, visited their two [empty] dining rooms, took several pictures for Google Maps, and then moved on to my next destination within Dublin.
Traveling with my hockey team and stayed in a local hotel. Got a late night pizza take out order while watching the NCAA tourney in the hotel. One loaded and one veggie for those of us who could not eat meat on Friday. Pizza was delivered quickly and for a meatless pizza it was actually pretty good. I figured I'd eat 1-2 pieces just to avoid sleep on an empty stomach but I ate a bit more because it didn't taste like a veggie pizza. Good sauce and nice thin crispy crust. They didn't skimp on toppings on either pizza either.
Best pizza ever! Always create my pizza and they have so many toppings (eg. blue cheese) that ot is always one of the kind! Even theirs Hawaiian which my wife likes has cinnamon and almonds!
I’m from out of town and holy smokes!! I just finished a thick crust personal pizza that I ordered at the end of the night. Incredible. Before I got my food I was mildly disappointed because they were take out only, but I suppose that’s what I get for waiting until 30min before they close to arrive! But I ordered anyways and I’m so glad I did because I was blown away.. I seriously wish they had this place back home! The 2 employees working were both friendly, and the pizza is undoubtedly some of the best I’ve ever had! Eat here, you won’t be disappointed.
The food was delicious. The staff was helpful and even help me carry pizzas out to the patio. A nice spot whether you’re eating inside or out.

Great staff and pizza. I have been getting my daughters gluten free pizza here for the past 5 years. It’s always consistent and ready on time. Keep up the great work and pizza.
Great veggie pizza every time. Lots of toppings. Good location.
I like the pizza its crispy, crunchy and it tastes sour cream on it but the personal pizza is so small my heads bigger than the box
