I wish I could give ZERO stars. After 1.5 hours of waiting I called to get the ETA of my order. The rep told me my food left the store 5 mins ago. I said ok thank you and hung up. Waited another hour and called to inform I didn’t get my food and the rep was RUDE AND TASTELESS and said she assumed I didn’t want my order since I was waiting a long time. She did not call to tell me my order was cancelled or that I would be refunded. She said she had no need to refund me because I didn’t call.. WHAT?! She told me she will refund me now and hung up. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At 1040pm, their online ordering suddenly “stopped working”. I tried other stores (that weren’t close by) and their online ordering was working fine. Tried calling store, hung up after being on hold for 20 minutes. It’s a Monday night guys, can’t be that busy! I sense shenanigans. I just wanted to use my promo codes for a cookie brownie and some pop, I would have tipped well! Can’t be good business for the delivery driver!
If you’re looking to spend money and get someone else’s order 30 mins after the expected pickup time, then encouraged to “[email protected]!$ your mother” when you try to get the correct order, then this is the place for you. An experience like no other! “Manager” Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure we got it right, calling in the Dublin Police department to make sure we got it all correct. One employee was so kind, he tried to physically help me out the door. What a fantastic experience, 10/10 recommend. 5 stars.
My son and I stayed at a nearby hotel and ordered from this restaurant. You can always count on Domino's to be open when you're hungry.I called just to check on the status because the pizza tracker was taking a moment to update and they assured me that they would be preparing our order soon. They even offered to throw in a free to later, which was not needed but super appreciated. Seems like this Domino's has their act together! Thanks guys!
Worst service ever. I had ordered pizza from this store 2 times in last week. First time, pizza quality was so bad that I can't even had full pizza. I got my pizza after 1 hour and person who delivered my pizza was so rude. Totally tasteless pizza. Second time, I ordered Pasta and it was delivered after 2hrs..Very poor service. Totally disappointed with service#Domino's Pizza. #Bad quality # Poor service
First time in our history of pizza consuming we had to throw out our pizza.Ordered two pizza from here and the Sausage pizza had a little bit of flavor barely edible. But never ever would have believed that Domino's could not make a quality tasting Pepperoni pizza. We could have bought a cheap off brand pizza from the grocery store that would have tasted better than what was received by this location. It's so sad too because the staff was ok but whomever is making the pizza here needs to find another occupation or Domino's needs to get a different method.The quality reminded us of the back in the day 30 mins of free Domino's when you just knew it would be hit or miss. Not to mention, the waste of money and the fact that in order to get the horrid memory of the taste of the wretched Pepperoni pizza out of our mouths we had to order another two pizzas from a competitor.Get it together Domino's something has gone terribly wrong with the quality and the taste of what used to be an ok pizza.Because of this experience we decided permanently cross Domino's off our list for pizza!
This Domino's Pizza location in Dublin is hands down the best. My order is always hot, fresh, and they don't skimp on toppings. On top of that, it is always delivered in a short time frame. Thanks Dominos!
This place is not worth!I was trying to order pizza online and their site was “As Usual” not working. So I called this place to place my order.But guy on other side was extremely rude, Arrogant and did not have manner to talk to customer. He didn’t even listen what I was saying.#dominose Teach your employees to behave. That’s the closest one to my house but I don’t think I will ever order here. You lost business from our end bud !Ruthless and terrible customer service.
This company is back to doing delivery which with the great food makes it 5 star. Dominos is wonderful. The use of their online ordering along side with GPS and texts when the food is about to arrive is great. They have always been very fast on delivery and Branden is an awesome delivery guy as well as Joshua. These two guys go above and beyond for their customers. They are all very nice and professional. Keep it up Dominos!
Fast food is hit or miss, but these guys knock it out of the park, every time!Understaffed, overworked, yet they still make excellent pizza, every time I order through them.
