Sandwich Shop Salad

Was given some good feedback from friends that this place was a good stop. I'm rating 4 stars for now as they seem like a fairly basic sub shop with the exception that they make their own buns and I enjoyed their everything bun. Ingredients didn't seem to be much different than some other places, but I was able to add steak sauce to my roast beef sandwich which isn't a common condiment. I'm willing to try them again, and perhaps there's a better sub that can be recommended? Will possibly try a warm sub next time as well.

So...This is what $11.00 will get you at this location.4 pieces of old bacon.Thanks. Much appreciated!

Got the Big Louie and wife got the Godfather! Best subs in Ohio. Never had a bad sub at Dibella's - quality bread (many choices), meat is cut fresh and high quality, many veges to select and very fresh! Never a complaint

I love Dibellas subs! I mean how could you not love that bread? Hot, fresh, ample toppings, and great flavor. Always consistent service. I would suggest though at this location, a better layout for ordering, paying, and waiting. Many were waiting for food without paying yet, since that is the order your line flows. This added to wait times for the pay line. I did not order ahead at noon on a weekday, and it took roughly 15 minutes to get my food. So prepare accordingly if you are in a rush as you can order online and save yourself the wait. We dined in and all enjoyed our food. I'll be back the next time traveling for work, let me know if you change the logistics of the payment vs wait line, I'd be curious to see how that works for you all as many were commenting on it!

While the food was good, the staff was pretty disengaged and borderline rude. We came in with a BOGO coupon and the cashier didn't know how to honor it through the system, so basically told us that we'd have to pay full price or leave. We would have left if we didn't have our kids already in their highchairs so ended up paying full price.

I ordered a large sub on multigrain and it was way breadier than I imagined. My fault, sure, for ordering that kind of bread but if the meat had been distributed evenly, it would have been better. They also messed up with not having mustard which i asked for.

I came in for lunch, mentally very tired and also in a rush. Not a great combination for making fast menu decisions. The staff was very friendly, patient, and there was only a short wait until my sandwich was ready.Lunch tasted great and I'm glad I chose DiBella's, even though the parking is awkward. I work fairly close by and so I expect to back again soon!

We paid $42 for four 7 inch subs and one pickle. We didn't, even, order drinks or sides. We ordered tuna and chicken subs. Three of us are sick today. Don't know if it was the mayonnaise, lettuce, or what. Last week there were warnings on the radio about lettuce. Also, the lady that took the order ask us all what kind of cheese we wanted on the subs, but there was no trace of cheese at all in 3 of the subs. Service was just ok. Good looking establishment though.

Great subs for lunch! The sauce can 'stay with you for a while' so to speak, so I don't do it for dinner, but it's a favorite for lunch.

The salad is a total rip off. I've ordered salads from this location many times. What I received today looked like a side salad. I ordered on DoorDash and the salad I received (for the same price as the salads previously) was smaller than my hand. See picture for reference. Not sure if this is a mistake or if this is their new salad size but it's pretty disappointing. Will find somewhere else to get salads from now on. This is not a $10 salad.
