The ice cream was amazing, I think it's cool how they mix it right in front of you. Overall a good ice cream joint.

Pretty disappointing experience here. We ordered a dog treat with the rest of our order. When we picked it up and looked in the bag, there was no treat. My husband went back in the store to ask and they said "Oh, we don't have that." Okay... I had to call the store and ask for a refund for the out of stock item. Not great, but it happens. Then, we open our ice cream and see the waffle bowls we added were not included. I did not want to call back or deal with this anymore, as I was already frustrated enough. They essentially robbed me of $3.48. Customers shouldn't have to ask for a refund for an out of stock item.
Best ice cream in town and have awesome customer service!
