Normally really good service, but most recent visit was a NIGHTMARE.We ordered 2 flatbreads and chicken wings to go, our favorites. When we got home (10 mins away in powell) the wings were stone cold and there was a hair in a philly flatbread. I'm not sure what happened, but it'll take a lot to get us back to this location.
Just had a Buffalo Chicken Wrap -- my go-to menu choice for the past year or so. Delicious, as always, but markedly smaller than the last time I had one -- about a 1/3 smaller, I'd say. What happened? Inflation? Reduced size to shrink calorie count? Really curious, given such a big difference in size. The price, however, was not 1/3 less. What happened? I'd happily pay a bit more for the original size. :)
Good food and drink for those who wish to obtain healthier sense of eating habits. Also has meal prep which I'm trying out. Some prep meals are surprisingly great. Like GREAT great. Smoothies are delicious especially. Customer service is excellent and knowledgeable of the product also.
This place provides the valuable service of offering ready-to-eat meal plans to those who don’t have the time or energy to cook, which I appreciate. Sadly, eating their food gives me flashbacks to the time I was recovering my sense of taste after losing it to Covid. What I mean is, everything’s got about half the flavor you want it to. It doesn’t taste bad, but it certainly seems they have lost themselves on the way to finding the spice cabinet - presuming they even have a spice cabinet to start with. I know they respond to negative reviews of their flavor by hiding behind the healthy food label, but I’ve lost fifty pounds on my own cooking and never did it taste as sadly unseasoned as this.
This is the first time going to this restaurant and I will won’t be back. I ordered the ce chopped salad for myself and the philly flatbread for my husband. The salad was gross. Chicken tasted like it came from a can. Ranch dressing was spoiled rotten. Roasted chickpeas were hard and had no seasoning. Philly flatbread was super small and no flavor. The side of veggies was a joke. One baby carrot and two slices of cucumber. Also the menus claims the meals come with a drink. The cashier handed me a one small cup for water.

Run away from this establishment. The poor quality of food is sad considering they portray themselves attempting to support healthy eating. They served processed sweet potato fries, and that bun is literally a sandwich thin from the Kroger next door. I hadn’t yet ate any of my food. The small amount of sauce placed on there was a joke. The Turkey burger looked like a frozen patty heated in the microwave. I could go on and on but I won’t be returning here. Hope this saves you! A picture is worth a 1,000 words, and the reflection of their character is displayed in their response. Happy they have some satisfied customers but I just won’t be one and that’s truly okay :)
Good food, healthy ingredients, super filling. Will be back to try again.

Truly a one of a kind concept for health conscious eating. The menu has something for everyone in the family, and the portions are sensible, but some might think they are on the small side. The perfect alternative to Chipotle or Panera.
