Chuck E. Cheese customer service has gone down significantly. It's sad to see what used to be such a fun and friendly space now feeling commercialized and like I'm a dollar versus a person. Yesterday's visit left much to be wanting. I paid $59 for a large pizza, 2 drinks, cheese bread (with literally a dab of cheese) and a 60 minute unlimited play game card. They give you one small soufle portion cup to share for dipping (COVID) they give you parmesan packets now they said due to COVID but want you and your whole party to share a dipping cup of sauce. I requested a separate side cup of ranch for this reason and was told I needed to pay extra. Literally Nicole and dimed for everything. Manager, a male, of middle eastern ethnicity (appearing) was so rude. Noone smiled nor spoke to us or engaged us. Everyone looked miserable to be there. My son who we use to have to drag out now willingly left after only 60 minutes. I get times are hard but this is supposed to be a magical place for children. There should be smiles, laughs and engagement from employees. Dissatisfied to say the least. We'll take our money to other child friendly businesses that actually make you feel happy
We scheduled a birthday party on a Tuesday night. We are a very busy family of 8 and that was the day we could fit it into our schedule. We ended up having 20 kids. Sam (the manager) was our hostess. I couldn’t have been happier. We came a little early thinking I would have to set up. By the time I got the cake and balloons inside she had it all set up. Sam was So friendly. Years ago I did a party there and had a horrible experience and swore I would never go back. Our son really wanted to go so we decided to try one more time. I will absolutely go back!!! Prices were fair. It was clean and presentable. I even overheard another customer complain( for an absolute crazy thing) they were able to keep the situation calm so the other kids didn’t notice. Very professional. I always do a big party at home for my kids birthdays but with it being cold out Chuck E. Cheese was the perfect place to have it. Thank you to all the staff that made it the easiest party I have ever done.
Really nice place we had our son's bday party there definitely recommend the party packages. The hostess was awesome really nice an on it. Kids had fun
Very clean and kid friendly. Super nice staff, good value on games.
Alot of machines were down. I don't like buying time. Kids always loved putting the token in the slots. No social distancing or masks. Place was dirty. Need a better system for cashing in your points.
Kids had a blast. They now have cards where you buy credits or minutes. I found this to be much better than the tokens. I just wish the volume was a bit lower as it's already crazy with kids being excited and playing. Also it could be cleaner. Staff was pretty nice.
Love it here so much fun for the kids And the staff was extremely helpful and nice definitely recommend ?
Kids had a good time. The staff were getting everything in a fast manner and everything looked pretty calm as far as Chuck e cheeses go. Y'all are doing just fine
The woman at the prize counter was amazing.
We had a good experience until we tried to buy something at the counter and the girls wanted to cash in tickets. It was 9:30 and I wanted to buy a couple stuffed animals for my daughter and her friend. I was told it was not possible because they took the drawers down. The 2 employees didn't seem to care and never said sorry. The one individual was too busy having what seemed to be a personal conversation on her phone. They don't close til 10 and there were still a decent amount of people inside. My other problem was when we tried to cash in some tickets. This same employee seemed bothered and continued talking on the phone. Someone had to actually go get her and say we needed assistance. This was so unprofessional.
