Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had.Waited 20 min while one guy made orders at 12:45 pm.Small portions.No iced tea made.Coke fountain out of syrup.Dirty dining room.
The taste of hunger is better than whatever you get from here. Consistently dissappointed. Got a bowl and had a free reward of a birthday side with chips. The employee told me that the guac I ordered as my side wasn't a side and then charged me for the chips? Checking the Chipotle policy and it definitely is apart of the reward...lol
Ordered delivery. The bowls were 1/3 to 1/2 full. Hopefully this is not the new normal. Not a great value for the money at $9.60 a bowl.
Not a good chipotle, ordered again, I’ve now had them mess up my food 3 times. And I complained again, I don’t think people are paying attention to the orders it clearly says everything on there and it was very messy put in the box and didn’t come with any silverware or napkins.
Ordered a chicken & steak bowl with white rice. Food was absolutely the best I’ve had from a chipotle despite there being a line to the door & only one person in the kitchen who appeared to be a manager. I’ve heard bad things about people who go here at night but foods always a 10/10 when I go during my lunch break at noon.
Absolutely trash. As seen with out masks and serving food. apparently because it’s online only order no one will know. Also, let’s point out that it says open for take out and pick up. Regardless of them only taking online orders…? Hmm I would blame management for not doing their job.
What is this? A burrito bowl for ants? This was double meat btw.
This is by far the worst Chipotle around. Service is non-existent. We walked in and were the only ones in there. Almost every employee had their back to the door. The cashier was sweeping, a girl standing in front of us refused to acknowledge us, neither did any of the other employees who made eye contact. The most unenthused and absolutely zero sense of urgency staff I have witnessed ever. Rice was somehow crunchy which ruined my entire bowl. We ordered chips and queso and received 10 chips in the bag. I wish I was lying but no, they were counted. This place needs a major management overhaul.
Location is sometimes under staffed like everwhere in America but food is always fresh and fast service
