We love Chick-fil-A, but this time we went today and bought some meals for me and my family, but when went home they forgot to add our sandwich we had to drive again for 7 minutes with this high gas prices and tried to tell the person behind the mic there was a mistake but she kept on saying we will give u free, we already paid for it but you cost us extra miles extra time very inconvenient to us. Regret that we went this place, they need to put up some reasonable people. Don’t think we going back to this place again.
I love Chick-fil-A cookies. They’re gooey and warm and just amazing. But every time I order one here it’s always rock hard, hard enough that it hurts my teeth to try and bite it, and it’s rarely ever warm. I’ve talked to an employee there and they’ve relayed it to the person who makes the cookies and they’re not willing to do anything about it. Also, when I get fries, most of the time it’s only half full. I know that usually there is a required amount for how many fries you get but I’m fairly certain that halfway full is not what the restaurant is supposed to be doing.
We were there right towards the end of the day so a lot of the food was cold the fries weren't good but the service was good.
I come all the time but today before work i stoped by i Would give zero stars if i could i dont know anywhere else you can pay 9$ for a chicken wrap with a plastic bag in it don't waste your money here !!!! Lucky I didn't choke 0/5 would not recommend
Expensive and my chicken tenders were old, shriveled up and burnt. Normally I love the food. Lemonade was absolutely perfect though!
The food was good once I got it. Took about 15 minutes for 8 nuggets. About 2 minutes per nugget. I don't generally go to these places, but there wasn't a line. They proactively offered me something for free on my NEXT visit, but since I go to Chick-Fil-A about once every 10 years, it's not very helpful. Food was good, so 2 stars.
The food was good and not the problem. The service was terrible which is surprising for Chik-Fil-A. I placed an order on the mobile app and came inside to pick it up. I waited well over 10 minutes after it told me my order was ready and would be given to me soon. Two other customers who walked in after me, ordered, and were served their food. When I told the worker that I was pressed for time she said the order was double billed and then ended up dealing with a customer on the phone. Two other employees were in the area scrolling on their phones. When the employee finally got off the call she handed me my food that had been sitting on the counter waiting. I told her I had to go and to just make the double billing right. She said she had to give me cash which forced me to wait even longer. She finally handed me the money and walked away without an apology. The inside of the store was not busy and only one line open in the drive thru so it wasn't because they were overly busy.
Great food and menu choices, however the drive thru line does get quite congested if non-standard items are ordered.
Your outside staff are rude, the woman literally helped the car in front of me, then afterwards gave me a rude look and went out to talk to her coworkers. After a minute another coworker came over and said to go to the speaker and left. This is why I prefer Polaris location because at least I know my money is good there I would love to give this place -10 review just because of this issue.
Do not like the line, when you get your food and then have to wait 10 -15 minutes for the guy in front of you to get his food. There needs to be a pull off area for people with large orders or special orders.
