This is our go-to Chick-fil-A location, but they recently renovated it and got rid of the curbside pickup option, so now everyone must go through the drive-thru. This would be fine, except you may get your food before the car(s) in front of you, so you have to sit and wait for extended periods of time now, where that wasn't a problem with curbside pickup. If curbside comes back, my rating will go back to 5 stars.
Absolutely terrible drive through line layout. No one out there offering help for cars trying to go around the drive through line. I just got cut off three times in the drive through line and instead of bringing someone out to help traffic they just brought out another person to take orders so more people could cut in line.
If you're going to get Chick-fil-A delivered I suggest you get delivery from the store. They do not make everything more expensive like doordash and other programs like that. And not only that, if you have an issue they're going to fix it immediately and we all know that Chick-fil-A has the best customer service.

After a nearly two-year closure, as well as a remodel, the Sawmill Chick-fil-A is finally reopen for dine in! Same great service and friendly atmosphere as before, but the store has been remodeled. There are fewer seats here as compared to before, but the store looks like, and the food and service were definitely on point.
Slowest Chick-fil-A in the city of Columbus. Would not recommend. Plus the manager low key got smart because I mentioned how slow it was today. I thought y’all was suppose to be the fastest drive thru to ever do it, still sitting in line writing this review.
There are better locations in the area. Young man taking my order was talking to his coworker while I waited in line, neither of them had a car to take orders from. He eventually came over, but had trouble placing my order (a grilled sandwich with no cheese) and never asked for my sauces. When I got my food, I asked if I could have a pup cup for my dog in the passenger seat. We had gotten them before. The window employee got us a pup cup but then was corrected publicly by his director/shift lead that “we don’t do those anymore it holds up the line”. It made me feel bad as a customer. As a former CFA employee, this location lacks skill and professionalism compared to other stores. I wish I could leave a better review.
A very well run establishment. The lines may look long, but they are super efficient and are very friendly and the food is tremendous.
Love the enthusiasm of the staff as they greet every new customer. The best take out service as you get through the line and get your food extremely fast.
I absolutely love this location! I will go out of my way to go to Sawmill location specifically. Employees are phenomenal. So excited for the remodel/re-launch
