Just picked up our to go order, had no sauce on our regular wings, forgot two of our ranches and we already had to turn around once because they forgot the dressing for the Caesar salad. We also tried to order online but it said we couldn’t until the next day and it has previously said this in the past. I guess we will try another location since my spouse and I are pretty disappointed.
I’ve upgraded you back to 5-Stars since you’ve gotten your beer taps back under control !!! Keep them clean, and keep the beer cold, and you’ll have my 5 stars…I’m watching you !!! ??
Saturday night at 9:45pm. Waited to be hosted for around 15 minutes One person actually noticed my wife and me and just turned to the opposite side.There was barely anybody in this place but customer satisfaction don’t seem to be a care for them. I hope not all these Buffalo Wild Wings are the same. Ended up leaving with nobody even looking to attend us.
If you are caught deciding where to eat; go ahead and completely skip this location entirely!I walked in at 4pm on a Friday and waited 12-15 minutes for someone to approach me to take my order. I finally get noticed and an older woman comes out while stuffing her face. She proceeds to take my order (wings, burger, and sides) and within 10 seconds comes back to me stating "what did you want on that burger?". This game continues several times, in which she says "I just can't remember, I'm old". After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I find out I had the wrong sauce and my burger looks like it's 85% topping and 15% burger.This place has long waits for an empty restaurant, the staff is unprofessional and slow, and the atmosphere is equal to that of a run down bar.Management please don't copy and paste a response of go to your website. Get on your staff and fix up the place. It's embarrassing.
I went here a couple weeks ago and that says something because I remembered to write a review even though it's been a while. I never write reviews but all my wings were burnt and you didn't even know until you bit into them. My tater tots were so hard and cold but hot? Idk just such a bad experience. My wings were so burnt/overcooked I couldn't even chew through them and since I live a little far from there, I couldn't even take it back.
Wings have no sauce on them! Make sure to check your wings they only gave me 9 out of 10!
Customer service is great and quick, I felt checked on plenty but not interuppted while I was busy mid-bite or chewing which always happens, they had good timing to check on tables and for that I will go back! Oh yea...food was hot and tasty!
This is a classic BWs. Not in age but in menu and service. If you grew up with this, the food is great and the beer is cold. The bartenders here are outstanding BTW. The waitstaff is still a work in progress.
My husband and I had lunch here recently. His wings were old, dried out and just covered in sauce. They must have been sitting there awhile. I had a chicken wrap that was tasty.
This is the closest BW3 to me that still has online ordering working all the time. Our order was complete and correct. I look forward to dining in again someday but for now I'm glad to have the takeout option.
