The burger was very good. It was a big burger that tasted good and was well cooked. It was fast and good tasting. Highly recommend.
On sawmill road it's great. Reynoldsburg location is skimpy on the meat. Sodas flat drive thru guy was really rude. Shoved the bag in my window after snatching my card to pay. Didn't say hello didn't say anything. But Dublin sawmill road Arby's is great!!
Consistently good. Definitely one of the best fast food places around here.
Medium size meal provided more than ample supply of curly fries and drink.

They have the beef, definately masters of extreme meatcraft at this location. It was good lol, no complaints. No red ranch on my sandwiches, just like I ordered. Extra drippy cheesesauce justice I expected. One horsey sauce in the bag just like I asked. Friendly crew too. Best fast food roast beef in the world ( R.I.P rax)
This place has some of the rudest workers. The one manager is constantly yelling at employees and being out right rude. One time I was trying to put my card away and guess I was moving to slow because she huffed and started shaking my drink to get my attention. Moved on from that and went tonight. I don’t know if I was talking to fast but the guy yelled at me saying “can you just stop talking” and when I told him that I would have to come back around because I was ordering for people at home and they didn’t have what they wanted, so I had to call them and didn’t want to hold up the line. So once I told him that he goes “how do you not know what want to eat”…… it just seems that most of the staff there hates their jobs or something cause they are always mean these days. It will be a while before I come back, if I ever do
Until the last 2 visits, this place was OK. Recently we went and the drive thru attendant was yelling at a customer and they were arguing. Over the speaker we heard someone say "I'm going to fxxxing kill you" We didn'tget food and just left. This last time, again drive-thru rudeness to a customer, and then some guy came out to our car and said they were out of beef? This is Arby's people.... out of beef??? I honestly could not believe how incredibly rude and nasty the staff was. We will never go back to this location.
The manager was rude and telling us there going to run out of food, it taking them too long to prepare are food and complaining that everyone is order to much food. When we got the food it was all wrong the drink was not good it was just carbonated water and instead of chicken they gave me some thing else. The fries were over cooked and we can't even eat the food
Food was good and it was hot. Employees were very polite and courteous. Sat inside to eat and restaurant was clean and safety precautions were taken for Covid.
