Can no longer eat here due to a fish allergy. They have a shared fryer and cook the fish sandwich to order in the same fryer as the French fries I really wish they had a separate fryer for items like fish to prevent allergen contamination
Always a family favorite. I sure wish people would get off their butt and go to work. Everyone needs help.
Absolutely HORRIBLE service, idk how many times they have gotten my order wrong, I think 5 times they have gotten my order wrong, the new lady that works taking orders does not need to be working there, and another women came up the the window with a horrible attitude like she was the manager, I’ve seen the manager before, such horrible service I probably won’t be going back to that Wendy’s again.
Absolutely the worst, I'm assuming it is the management that allows or encourages their employees to act in such an unprofessional manner. They are more concerned with falsifying drive thru times than anything else, forcing customers and delivery drivers to pull into parking spaces so as to not count towards drive through times.
Service is terrible, the manager and general manager are very Disrespectful wanted to talk about somebody on the phone when it was put down and then proceeded to mouth off and be smart do not recommend going to the Sandusky Street location as this location is nothing but a joke every time I’ve been…. The general manager and manager should be FIRED !!!!
Great lunch today! Very young crew and they were all hustling! Great job pushing through that rush!

This location’s service quality has dropped drastically in the past few months. From being directly insulted by employees to having to wait over twenty minutes being told to my face that my order was not a priority because I placed it through their mobile app. I used to come here daily and now every time I come here I question why I came back.
Best drive through in Delaware! All the other burger joints are painfully slow. However, Wendy's on Sandusky will get you through quickly -doesn't matter if it's 5:15 and a line if cars around the building. Always accurate and staff is friendly.
