Beef and chicken burritos were large, but the meat was very dry. They are nothing more than beef or chicken in a tortilla no vegetables or sauces. No beans or rice included. For the price I expected more. The enchiladas were good. Charged $1.78 tax on takeout, all food, no drink. Ohio does not charge on takeout food. Tried to explain this to the counter person but he had no clue. Plus charged a $1.50 hospitality fee. $3.28 in all extra. Called in order, arrived on time and had to wait 10 minutes outside, did not offer to bring it out. Don’t expect I will eat there again. Don’t recommend.

I went right when they opened this morning and it’s my first time! I LOVED every single bite! I got to know some of the workers and they were so friendly and made sure I was getting everything I wanted! Definitely going back! ??
Very upset that directions were NOT followed, my order stated NO ONION!!! Completely ruined my lunch. It would have been nice if I could have maybe enjoyed it. I will give them another try and hopefully it will right next time.

Victor's is always fantastic. Food is made fresh. It's relatively quick. I recommend the breakfast burritos.
For as long as I can remember we were able to order carnitas or adobada super nachos. Tonight I'm told by what has to be a brand new employee, bluntly, you can have steak or chicken. I tell her we've been getting the other for as long as I can recall. Its not on my register she says. No explanation. I wind up ordering them with chicken. Get home, two boxes of nachos. ONE fork, one green sauce cup and ONE red. No napkins. I realize its hard to find help, the windows have help wanted. I explained to her my concern about what we had ordered dozens of times. I'll ask someone she replied. I doubt it. One fork?
The first time we ordered from the Monroe location the beef tacos were so good. Unfortunately every other time has been a very bad experience. We have gotten ice cold taquitos, cold tacos, and order mix ups. Our last visit is today because our tacos are burnt. These smell burnt and don’t even taste like tacos. Too bad this location cannot be consistent with the food because it’s super close to our house and probably really has good food if cooked correctly.
