Another disappointing Tim Horton's...I live nearby so have stopped in here a few times. I don't think they have gotten my order right once. Multiple times have given me egg even after I've made it a point to say "No egg". Another time I decided to make it simple and order a black coffee and bagel with cream cheese... they literally gave me a dry bagel with nothing on it. This morning I asked for a coffee with cream, they gave me a coffee with cream and sugar. I'm tired of wasting my money on food I can't/ don't want to eat. The only positive thing about this location is that the employees have always been friendly. Never the less, I think I'll just keep driving down the road to TH in Lewis Center or spend the extra money and go to Starbucks.
I received Stellar service today at this Tim Hortons location! The lady that was running the drive-through was awesome! I really appreciate great customer service, I have been in customer service for 30 years are?
Stopped at 20 till 7pm to get an iced coffee. They close at at 7 but it’s was 6:40…? I guess closing early is cool
The service is abysmal. Ordered a donut, a muffin and 3 simple sandwiches. Took them 30min to get my food to me, all while 4 other customers were served that came in after me AND at least 10 cars in the drivethru. The employees literally didnt have a care in the world for customers. Avoid this location.
First time trying Tim Hortons and the lady taking orders at the drive thru was absolutely rude for no reason. She started off just short with an attitude. I ignored this and continued with my order. I got to the window and she had put in the order wrong, which was fine, I don’t mind but when I told her she got a bigger attitude, sighed really loud and rolled her eyes. By the end of it, we still left with the wrong order but I didn’t want to go back and deal with it.I get if you’re having a bad day, but I was nothing but polite and kind. There is no reason to take it out on someone who did nothing to you.
I hope somebody gets in there and helps this store out. People were great and friendly! But ordered some Tim Bits at 8 something in the morning got home. They are either not fresh or over cooked. They were crunchy and not soft like other Tim Hortons I've been to. Also there was like no glaze some didn't have any glaze. Just eating dry, plain, dough.
Service was OK but the food and drinks are really good! Went here almost everyday I was visiting family over the holidays. The iced cap and apple fritters are so good!
Breakfast was cold, coffee was barely warm won't go back for awhile
Ordered some beagles toasted with cream cheese and I got barely any cream cheese on them and then i ordered a SAUSAGE EGG & CHEESE on A BEAGLE and all they gave me was a SAUSAGE & CHEESE on a beagle….. also the customer service was horrible…
