Stopped on a Saturday afternoon. The food was terrible . It was either hard, dried up or cold. We have eaten here in the past and it was delicious. This buffet has gone severely down hill. Save your money go elsewhere.
Favorite place to take my family, we go at least 2x a month, last night the waitress was super rude. She was the younger one that works there. We had just sat down and started eating and she brought the bill, not 2 mins later she expected me to pay when we was still eating and talking, She kept coming back and rushing us to hurry up and leave as we was waiting on my toddler granddaughter to finish eating. They was not extremely busy, we was not being loud or disrespectful but we was taking our time as we all work a lot and it’s our only time to spend. Felt super rushed by her. Had the regular waitresses been working I know they would have not allowed this.
We were traveling home from KY, our daughter wanted Chinese. She found this place just a few minutes off I-71. WOW, Absolutely incredible!!! Everything was fresh, hot, and yummy! The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The best part was 20 minutes later you didn't feel like you wanted to drink from a fire hose because of all the sodium and salt. We will make this a frequent stop when traveling down I-71!!
So...I'm not overly picky about Chinese buffet-style restaurants; all I generally care about is if they've got eggrolls and chicken in peanut sauce. That being said, Tian Fu is SUPER awesome. They have a wide variety of traditional asian dishes, including some rather tasty sushi, and a mix of more "American" food (read: fried chicken, cheesy potatoes, fries) for your less adventurous eaters. I was rather pleasantly surprised by their stuffed clams, which I've never indulged in before. Also, for those that like a little after dinner treat, the desserts are delicious. This is definitely a place you want to check out.
There are so many varieties of food. And the service is more than good. I always want to eat there when I am in Delaware. It is one of the best Chinese food places I have been.
Ugh…we love the food, but any deviations from the menu have always been painful. It used to be the language barrier on the phone, but we’ve ordered through “their” app the last 4 times to avail the lost in translation experience.We’re usually forgiving and allow the restaurant to correct the error in some way. But now for the 5th order with another error that for someone that doesn’t like Masago, it almost makes it inedible.Restaurants response….come next time and we’ll give you a free California Roll :-/
The staff don’t have any manners at all. The food is great but no common manners like please and thank you…… and they look to see how much food you get. They do troll through the isles…… like “ you hurry up and buy” lol
Food was excellent! Adult buffet lunch price for less than $11 was very reasonable, which includes sushi (was Great) and they even have a hibachi option. Honestly wish I lived closer, I'd make it a regular stop and I can't remember the last time I thought that about a restaurant. Check it out, worth your time!
Worst food ever. Wasn't even edible. The food had been on the buffet so long it was cooked to the bottom of the pans. We complained about it. Didn't even get an apology. She said next time ask them for fresh food. It's a buffet....it should always be fresh. Didn't offer a discount of any kind. Had to pay $50 for lunch that we couldn't even eat. I will never go there again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Rice was mashed together, food looked like it had been sitting for days. Noodles were all stuck together and old. Sweet and sour sauce tasted like watered down ketchup. Absolutely horrible. Will not be back.
