Sign says “come in for mobile pick up” except door is locked. Great. Tried to cancel my order. The website says “can’t cancel the order.” So I had to wait in a long drive thru line. Companies need to fix this issue. If drive thru is the only option, then it should be the only option. If not, they should stop offering online orders till they find a way for stores to figure this out.

Absolute garbage excuse for a Taco Bell. I went after placing an order for pickup and was greeted with the usual welcome, take a look at our menu. Then, someone else came through the speaker to interrupt the girl taking my order to say they were closed. Meanwhile, all the lights were on and many people had gone through the drive thru before me. Not to mention it was only 11:30pm, two and a half hours before they close. He then said they were closing early at 12 anyways, but why not just stay open for thirty more minutes? As someone with years of experience in the service industry, it’s not that hard to stay open for the time you’re supposed to be. This location has terrible staffing who are always rude and cannot do their job. If you can’t even handle working at a Taco Bell, then you shouldn’t have a job. This store needs serious help if they want to stay in business, it’s nothing but frustrating every time.

Change the hours online if you Change your hours. Obviously it is not a well ran business. Will never come back to this one.

Never been a big taco bell fan, went by tonight (4/11) super fast service. Food was better quality than I've seen at any taco bell in a long time, super fresh! Martha in the drive thru is super sweet too! She went out of her way to make my night better after listening to me rant about my day. You're amazing Martha! Would definitely recommend, good job Taco Bell team.

Who can resist Taco Bell. We shared the eight dollar Chicken Box and the new chicken tacos are very tasty. The staff was great and our order came out correct. Indoor dining is a option and bathrooms were clean and open.

The best quesarito I think I’ve ever had! Whoever worked late crew on 3/11/22 you were amazing! The food took a little bit of time and being a server myself I understand the wait. Everything was good and crunchy and perfect! And at 11:30 at night too! The staff were friendly also! Great place to go if you’re hungry late ?

Honestly avoid this location if you can. Wait times are almost always very long, which normally I don’t mind waiting in but recently the customer service has made it not worth the wait. Ordered online for lunch today (20 mins ahead of my break knowing they usually take a while) when I got to the drive through was told their computers were down and they couldn’t take anymore orders. I get it technology fails sometimes but I had already ordered and more importantly paid online, they then tell me they still can’t make the order unless it’s a door dash order? Why would you be able to make door dash orders and not your own online orders? Then I ask for a refund, apparently they “can’t do refunds at the location” so I had to call in twice as the first time I got hung up on in order to get a refund. The last time I was here I ordered my food an HOUR in advance, it was a weekend night typically very busy. I get to the location, foods still not ready. I wait and ADDITIONAL 45 mins, still not done. When I simply asked the manager when my food would be done I was yelled at and informed he had “employee passing out” in the back from exhaustion. Didn’t ever get a refund for that food either. Safe to say I will not be coming back, which sucks because this location while never was great, still gave decent service. Can’t say they do anymore.

Only had one person working and the person still fulfilled my online order and got the staff in to open the store for more customers. Well done, this person deserves the recognition for the situation. Food tasted great also!

Would give less stars if possible. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. Ordered a doordash online order from there a week ago and it took over an hour to get to me due to the location being "busier than expected" (I literally live less than 5 minutes around the corner, just didn't have a car at the time). The food I received in this order was disgusting and completely unacceptable and a waste of time. This weekend I went at 8:40 am to go get breakfast (Google said they were open) on Saturday and was told by the manager that they don't open until 9 am. I really wanted to try their breakfast menu again so I just sat in the parking lot until 9:05. Pulled back up and then was told that they weren't opening until at least 9:30 because "she didn't have any staff" (is she incapable of making food herself?). Then on Sunday morning I called the store at around 9 because again Google says the location is open, same rude manager picked up and informed me they were closed and when I asked when they would open was told, "I have no idea, I don't have any staff". I'm not a huge taco bell fan to begin with and this just puts and even worse taste in my mouth.

Drove past saw the open sign got to the order screen to sit there and have no one answer ended up pulling away and leaving got to the window to see 2 of the employees with headsets just goofing off and even looked at me.... how are you going to be open but not answer the only means of getting food at the hours i went since lobby wasnt open?
