I have been going to this location daily for quite some time. Tonight I ordered my usual coffee for my husband and I, and also got my kids some ice water with strawberry pieces added in. I’ve done this several times before, and have only been charged 10 cents for the strawberries. Tonight I was charged $3.95 per cup of ice water! They labeled the drinks “custom tea latte” when they didn’t contain any tea at all, just water and a few pieces of strawberry. When I questioned the girl working, she said it’s for the cost of labor? What?! I feel ripped off, that was completely dishonest and shady. They literally rang me up for something they knew they were not giving me. After speaking to corporate, they confirmed that I should not have been charged what I was. I’m extremely disappointed with this location and probably won’t be returning.
The reason I only gave them 3 stars is their weekend staff is terrible. They never make my drink right, when I ask if they can fix it they have an attitude. During the week is way better but I miss my girl phoebe.
Addictive and too expensive, not a good combination, but I'm still buying. Not much else to say. I'm a boring vanilla latte guy with the occasional change up. I like the consistency. Dissappointed when it isn't, especially for that price. Used to eat the breakfast sandwiches, which are damn good too, but for the low-carb/keto thing, I discovered the egg bites. Try 'em all, but can never go wrong with bacon! Really need to cut down/quit, too expensive! Oh, one more thing, did I mention it is too expensive? Yeah, it's too expensive. I was buying my environmentally unfriendly Keurig single serve deals and always looking for what's on sale because of how expensive they are, which is true, but it also dawned on me, how much cheaper it was than going to Starbucks. Scary!
Love placing an order then arriving 25 mins later only to wait for another 30 mins for a single coffee I walked out the door empty-handed absolutely ridiculous!
Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Everytime I try this Starbucks the wait is at least 20 minutes, it's terrible. They either need more staff or another location in Delaware
Love this Starbucks! The staff is always super friendly and coffee is made just how you want it. The line can be long sometimes, but that’s expected for a Starbucks.
I got called inconsiderate by an employee that was making the drinks because there was a trainee taking orders and accidentally got my drink wrong so I asked for the 2 shots of espresso so they wouldn't have to make it again ... the trainee became overwhelmed ( which I get , that's no way the problem ) but the girl in the back told her "it's okay you're doing fine some people are just INCONSIDERATE " Idk how asking for what was left out of my 6 dollar drink I paid for, inconsiderate .
I love this store! They are friendly, knowledgeable , and ready to help if needed.
Stood in an empty line for 5 minutes waiting for the cashier to finish her casual conversation with a couple in front of me without being acknowledged before walking out. Take your money to Coffeeology downtown for better coffee and service.
Awesome Starbucks! Great drinks friendly people!! Like alot going there when in the area.
