Cashier Alexis got an attitude with me when I asked a question about a gas pump. Not typical for this Scheetz, but I have noticed a decline in service and facilities. Drive thru kiosk has been out of order for 2 months and the gas pumps are unable to print receipts. Email me if you want more info.
Go here often, food is always great. But tell me why at dinner rush with people sitting down / waiting for food they would have someone out mopping... She was getting in the way and she did not have a wet floor sign with her.
I typically love this location. The employees are starting to be rude, wait times on the food are getting longer. I ordered an app sampler, got 2 Mac bites, 3 pieces of chicken and for my pickles I got bread crumbs and one pickle that was harder than kettle chip. Chicken was fried way to long, it's absolutely ridiculous and will be going across town for food from now on. Totally disappointed and a waste of money. Do not recommend this location anymore.
As others have indicated, when this location first opened, they were great. The past few times I have been, my order has been wrong or utensils weren't in the bag. Today my rice and beans were freezing cold, as if they just came out of the freezer. My french toast sticks were just ok. They forgot my drink and then told me to get it myself. No utensils in the bag. I'm done.
I can’t believe some of the reviews for this place. We love the food and people who work here. Clean restrooms, friendly staff. We have been coming as a family to eat here since they opened! We also pickup meals several times a month. Love this Sheetz!
Love the MTO food options. I run a route down into Columbus each night and frequent a number of different stations. Most notably Gahanna and Delaware. Usually very good. Tonight, I got the cold cut sub with added bacon and cheese. Got out on 71 back to Cleveland and started to enjoy my sandwich and discovered there was no bacon. Complete buzz kill. And of course I have no receipt as I put it in the basket when I picked up my food. I'll be back, but check your orders for accuracy.
Fair warning. The 2 for $5 wraps is really one wrap that's been cut in half. One half has all the toppings and the other half is a torn up tortilla that only covers half of the chicken. Can't even share the "second" wrap. They definitely aren't above using misleading ads. Maybe I could cut a dollar bill in half and buy $1.50 worth of stuff. They'd probably think its a good deal. Who wouldn't want 2 singles for a buck fifty.
Pump 14 Unleaded 88 trigger sticks so its hard to get exactly where you want it but every other pump I've used works and gas is usually cheapest from here to Detroit. Also the crispy chicken wrap I customize is pretty good
This sheetz was great when it first opened, but now it's awful. Our food in consistently wrong and poorly made. The one on Columbus Pike is superior. I avoid this one at all costs but sometimes it's the most convenient option. However, service is almost always awful.
I ordered a cheeseburger with egg. The bun was hard. Vary hard. And the burger was flavorless. Like it was soaked in water to keep it warm.But the fries were great.
