Pizza is always good at this location. Deducting 1 star because they charge you a credit card fee now.
We ordered a deep dish pizza. Delivery was quick and perfect! The pizza sauce is INCREDIBLY sweet, it had kind of a breakfast syrup aftertaste. I could see how some would enjoy it, it just wasn’t for me. The deep dish pizza isn’t truly a deep dish, it’s more of a thick crust pizza with standard toppings and a generous amount sauce. The sauce and “toppings” are just flip-flopped over the thick crust to give it the appearance of a true deep dish pizza. The thick bread and sugary sauce was so overwhelming, you couldn’t really taste the “toppings.” Given that they charge $2 + for each topping on a pizza that starts at $30 (with just cheese and sauce), it’s a pricey pizza that doesn’t deliver on several fronts.
We order pizza from here regularly. Last night, I had a piece of metal ( screw like) in my pizza. Imagine my surprise when I pulled this out of my mouth. Glad it was me and not one of the kids. Unacceptable.
An absolute terrible experience. Ordered through the seamless app since we can’t order pickup from their website. I paid $20.24 for a large pizza with garlic butter which was an extra $1.25. Go to pickup our pizza and they refuse to give us a garlic butter because their receipt showed a $17 charge with no extra sauces. We then tried show him my confirmation email and bank statement showing $20.24 coming from my account with an extra charge applied for the garlic butter. Manager and staff were so rude, threw the sauce on the counter and kept saying “this is coming out of my pocket” after trying to show him that in fact I paid over $3 extra based off their receipts. Good pizza, terrible staff.
This pizza is my favorite pizza in all of Delaware. The sauce, the cheese and the crust are all fantastic! Toppings are fresh and delicious. As for customer service, I haven't had a problem so far. Sometimes the delivery times are longer than your average pizza place but it's worth it. The pizza is so good!
I love Romeo's pizza. It's expensive, but what isn't these days? Capone sauce is better than Papa John's garlic sauce hands down. The ingredient options are better in quality, imho than Pizza Hut and Papa John's. They also have a killer deepish. Literally going to order some today 3/19/22.
I’ve always enjoyed Romeos and their pizza. This location is doing a good job and management fixes or corrects any mistakes that may have gone wrong. I always get friendly service and enjoy the many deals they offer. They’re doing their best in the environment we are in.
When I ordered boneless wings, first off they where small wings, secondly when I was almost done with them I found a boneless wing with a partial bone inside. Please tell me how a boneless wing can have a partial part of a bone?. I know sometimes processes happen. But this could be a result with someone who would be highly upset. Overall, the dinner itself wasn’t bad, I did like the garlic Parmesan sauce that where on it. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the boneless wings where small, not the Portion for what I pay for.
Great pizza, the sauce is my personal favorite in all of Columbus!! If I have an issue, they always make it right. There are some negative reviews here, and it seems the main issue is delivery. I always get pickup, so that is never a problem for me. They are hiring drivers, they’re trying, like a lot of other businesses, to get staffed. I would recommend pickup and give Romeos a shot because it’s seriously great pizza.
I placed my order over 2 hours ago! Still haven't received my order! A 76.00 order! I cannot believe that I was treated like this! Its an appalling outrage! Why should I ever go to Romeo's pizza ever again! The manager said that I would get my money back! I better!
