Dining room is clean but has an old school diner feel which I love. Bathrooms are also tidy. I had a chicken wrap once which was generous on toppings, but a bit dry. Their pizza is decently priced. They don't use a lot of sauce, but that suits my taste. Not a big fan of lots of sauce. It reminds me of a classic pizza. Good and filling! Also, I haven't had the buffet, but I will next time I come.

Just lost another customer and the $40 per week we were willing to spend because: food is overpriced for the quality (pretty bad), inability to get through on the phone, terrible online ordering system, and more. Let's top it off with one of the RUDEST, crashes talking "manager" I've ever heard - said her name was Julie we believe. To the owner(s): you can't find this type of behavior and food acceptable because you think you're making a couple of bucks. You really need to hire a business consultant to guide you into a business that is known for great customer service and food not because you lucked out being the only place open. Fix your advertising, phone system, internet, etc. We, nor our friends, will ever order from here again.
Best Ohio pizza franchise. The buffet can be sketchy- don't eat the salad, but why would you eat salad when there's ALL THAT PIZZA?Their dessert pizza rocks too.
Never ever have I had a problem with paynes until tonight been waiting an hour and hlf for my order call them and they had no order for me. I was lost somewhere but I knew exactly what it costs and I have record of me calling but they had no order for me. So now im waiting again for my order hopefully itll come this time .....

Neither quality NOR quantity when it comes to these toppings. Our pizza cost $5 more due to toppings, and yet there is hardly any to account for that cost. The pizza was dry, cold and thoroughly unappetizing, and it looks like they only topped the very center of the pizza, with the rest of the surface ignored, making a ring of toppings half the size of the pie. There is no detectable flavor in the crust or sauce, and the cheese seems especially tough and rubbery. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone whom has a budget or taste buds.
Payne's Pizza is an absolute must for anyone looking for an inexpensive and quick mid week dinner. Their buffet has a salad bar, they'll make any pizza you want for it and even offer a dessert pizza. The staff is very friendly and the place has an old school feel to it, which is a good thing. Also, their subs are MASSIVE! If you're a stranger to Payne's...you're missing out.
Good pizza for a good price. Can occasionally be difficult to get through to but the staff is friendly in the pizza is usually ready fairly quickly. This location can be a bit tricky to drive through but definitely worth it. Daily specials especially make it worthwhile.
