I had chicken caesar salad and warm baguette their new charged lemonade was great!
I love panera so shocked that at 9am they had souffles that were still hot but was very upset that they did not have cinnamon crunch bagels. Never been in a panera at anytime of the day and them not have cinnamon bagels.
Cold soup. Smallest half sandwich took two small bites and done. Expensive for how much you get need to go get another meal after this one. They have to many people working just huddled up Chatting. The girl up front is the only one truly working even though she charged me to much and I didn't catch it at the time. Just wow. Two bowls small of soup and half sandwich ( two bites) and a small cookie ( the cookie was good) 27$ !! Wow
Such a joke. Can't believe this place. It's so gross. And on top of that I could have gotten better food for the price. I can't believe I paid for this. Nasty old food.
We placed an order over the phone and when we picked our coffee it was basically water! Awful, the worst coffee I had in a very long time, I called them again to get a refund for the coffee, Sabrina picked up the phone and put me on hold for 35 min and no response at the end. I will definitely never visit them again. PS. I wrote this entire review while I was “on hold” for the manager.
Just disappointing at best. Panera was already super expensive and the prices have significantly increased again. Our order didn't have half of what we paid for and my husband had to go get it after having it delivered. Just really disappointed.

It’s a shame how bad this location has gotten. There is always something wrong with my order. Ordered the new grilled mac and cheese sandwich only to get a cold grilled cheese. Ordered an iced chai latte and got a small iced coffee. I’m constantly disappointed.
Online order coupons were not working...manager and staff were great...food good as usual..
Average type business today nothing special at all. Time from order to actual food was long I felt at nearly 9 minutes of which I thought about calling company and ask was that standard, but didn't. The steak sandwich while good where they cut it in half there was no steak or anything except a roughly 1/2-1 inch gap with bread only on both sides of the cut. Then the ends had maybe ,ahh maybe a little less bare spot with nothing but bread. Felt a bit less than what I paid for.
