Ordered take out, arrived to find a large bag sitting on the counter. When I asked "is this order complete?" I got the world's most unconvincing "yeah" back. So I decided to check on that- missing 3 out of 4 sides. Staff was diffident, had to flag down two different people to get everything.I get that there are staffing shortages, difficult customers etc. (I took the kill with kindness approach, don't worry), but this was far below any expected standard of service.I will say, my salad was good. It was definitely a little smaller than our usual Panera but the quality was better.

My mom and I came in for dinner (5/11/22), witnessed a very disrespectful interaction between an employee and what i assume to be a manager (dark haired late 20s ish woman in a pink shirt). Not sure what the employee did, but she was belittling the employee in front of the pick up window inside (“i told you not to do something and you disrespect me like that? I bust my a** … etc”) in a voice loud enough to be overheard by the entire restaurant. We felt horrible for the employee, moral like this impacts the food, service, and atmosphere. So disappointing.

Just being honest... because of a labor shortage, they have signs that say you must order at a kiosk. Did the order once and went to pay... screen said, "Oops, something went wrong." Moved to a different kiosk and did the order again and went to pay... screen said, "Oops, something went wrong." On the third kiosk and the third time ordering, it worked!Ordered oatmeal. It was slightly above room temperature with an amount of brown sugar on top that would put anyone in a diabetic coma. I complained to the kiosk, but it did not respond.By the way, when you order at the kiosk, you are invited to give it your phone number to receive texts. It texts you that your food is ready several minutes before it arrives on the counter. Maybe they want your food to be nice and hot so you're standing there the moment it arrives, but then I remember the oatmeal. For breakfast, Scramblers is across the street! I'd recommend that route.

They’re pretty short staffed at the moment so they have kiosks where you order but they don’t take cash so you gotta ask someone to take your order. This isnt the store’s fault but the company’s fault. I asked nicely for someone understanding i may have to wait but this brown haired girl who appeared to be in high school gave me an attitude and sounded annoyed with me. She never told any of her co workers to come help so i waited 20 mins to place my order. However the manager who did take my order was very sweet and offered to give me my meal for free. She went above and beyond to provide a good experience for me and I greatly appreciate that. I usually have great experiences w this place and i wont hold the wait against them but honestly, the rude girl was just offputting. I’ve spoken to her on the phone before too and shes given me an attitude despite not asking for anything crazy. I work in retail so i understand the short staffing issue and the waiting so i try extra hard to be nice to food service and retail workers but theres no excuse to be nasty to ppl who are tryna be nice to you.

Absolutely the worst Panera experience I have ever had. It is one thing if the food is bad or the order is wrong, but the awful attitude from the girl working is not acceptable under any circumstance. I never call restaurants but I had to call the next day. All I got was a cursory "sorry". She should have been fired on the spot for how she was acting. No one should go here, ever. I'll never spend another $ at Panera.

This place is exceptionally clean and the lady that owns it is nice. Her staff is amazing. I enjoy coming here every day on my way to work. Orders are made quickly unless of course you have quite a bit or if they are busy, which you can expect some delays, which is normal.

Just went into this fairly new location, there was no one working the counter, $8 for half a bowl of cold soup ( that looked like half of it had been poured out) and ate in a filthy dining room...not a great first impression.

Salad greens were slimy, avocado was brown. Sandwich had very little meat and looked like very little care had been taken in its prep. Soups were good.

Not at all what I expected from a Panera bread location! I tried to call customer service and let them know that the bacon was missing from my sandwich and the egg and cheese didn’t look as it had in the past. Customer service told me this is a franchise location but they will ensure that my email makes it to this location. They also informed me that if I would like to go back to return the sandwich for a refund I am free to do that. So do I let the sandwich sit in the car for two hours while I’m at my nephews recital? Or do I skip the recital turn around and go back for a refund? I would think they would be able to easily refund me or give me a credit towards a future purchase. Neither were offered.

This has got to be the worst Panera bread around. Unfortunately it’s the closet one to my home so the location is convenient. I go here 1-2 times a week. There is always something wrong with my order. They usually forget an item, or make the sloppiest sandwich. The customer service is awful as well. I normally wouldn’t give such a low review, but since I go here all the time and have the same issues over and over again, it’s deserves the one star. Stick with salads at this location. Those are impossible to screw up.
