Ordered online the night previous, and waited about 45 minutes total for my order in the drive thru. I really had no issue with the wait as I work foodservice and understand being short staffed. Everything was fine until we got home and the burgers we ordered were practically raw. The outside was cooked, but the inside still pretty pink. I called the store this morning and spoke to someone, and we agreed that I could come in and get the food replaced or get a refund. I ended up getting the food replaced, and they were pretty cool about it. I hardly ever complain, but undercooked food is dangerous. The gentleman that helped us was very understanding.Moral of this story is, if you’re food is messed up and you’re NICE TO THEM, they’ll replace or refund it. Be nice to foodservice staff. It’s a hard job.Thank you guys for being so cool about the mess up!
The deluxe spicy chicken sandwich was a small piece of chicken the size of two chicken nuggets glued together. The picture looked amazing, the actual was a little underwhelming.
Typical McDonald's have no care for their customers just the money. Atleast there is a Wendy's next door here they like their customers.

As a truck driver there are not a lot of places for us to park to take a nap, there is a concrete lot next to this mickey d's where we can. Its clean and you dont get bothered. I didn't visit the restaurant
I ordered a double quarter pounder value meal for myself and a quarter pounder with cheese and large fries for my wife and a double cheeseburger for my sister who I had picked up earlier from Riverside Hospital. As me and my wife took a couple of bites into our sandwiches they didn't taste right and we looked at them and saw that they was not cooked all the way there was still alot of pink meat in the middle. We would have went back but we was tired and exhausted from being at the hospital for almost all afternoon. We was at McDonald's between 6:30 and 7:00. I saw 3 young guys working and 1 young girl working. The young guy that took my order even said he would make sure my quarter meat would be fresh and cooked all the way thru. A word of advice if you ever go to this McDonald's you might want to triple check your sandwiches because if not you may get raw meat.

Mcdonalds is fast and for the most part good when we're in a hurry. Lobby has never opened so no choice but to use the drive thru.
