I appreciate the staff wearing masks.??Although, I don't like my order being thrown together. Meaning the Tacos are not fully wrapped up, so when you take them out of your bag they start to fall apart instantly. We've gotten perfect orders from here before, it's been more of a recent thing that this had happened. We're not going here for awhile until this hopefully clears up.
The server lied to me that online breakfast orders are not taken after 10:30am, which is wrong. The app clearly says that online orders are allowed to be placed until 11am. I had to purchase my breakfast again at the store. So what’s the use of ordering through the app?
It's both impressive and sad to be the WORST McDonald's in town. They don't care about you or you food and its quite apparent. Between being ignored at the ordering counter to getting a completely different order than what you wanted. Skip this location and go to the one on the north side of town near the board of elections.
Their staff is super nice, but oh my goodness. Every single time we go there they mess up our order. Every. Single. Time. So then we have to park and one of us has to go inside. Usually, they're focused on the drive-thru orders. This time I waited five minutes with three people in front of me before we even saw a worker at the counter, and by the time I got inside, the first person at the counter had already been there long enough to be making snide remarks. Like I said, the staff is nice, but it's a gawd awful mess.
Went in for 2 mint, Oreo flurries. The drive thru was long so I went in- big mistake. Waited for ever- three other people in there, they had already ordered. The girl seemed to not even notice me- I moved up to the counter. It was like she woke up and realized I was there, she asked if I had ordered. She took my order. Told me she spilled ice cream from the machine, left and put napkins in another orders bag and meandered around. Some other lady brought me Oreo (not mint) flurries.I took them and left because while waiting another lady and I were watching a cockroach crawl around in front of the counter on the floor.It was a terrible experience.
Its usually OK but its nearly impossible to order a quarter-pound hamburger (no cheess) plain at this McDonalds. Most McDonalds let you order it and its 50/50 on it being right but this McDonalds must not have it in their system or they dont train the staff or the management doesn't care...
Okay dude straight up its McDonald's which is good the staff here was alot more friendly than most micky Ds staff which was a huge plus. The food was good I have no complaints
Called prior to traveling via vehicle to confirm if McFlurry machine is working or not as everyone knows it’s always down. Was greeted by a joke to my question then hung up on, called back to confirm and was met on the phone once again by the same person impersonating another employee’s voice. Unprofessional, I will not be going to this McDonald’s as I wouldn’t trust my food to be made properly and safely.
The workers are often lousy and food is often cold. Not to mention there's always a 20% chance that they forget something, it feels like they always do. If gone to at the right time with the right workers it is delicious, but most of the time it's below average.
Got to love the drivethru time.. Food fresh and fries so perfect and hot.
