*I DID RESPOND TO YOUR EMAIL A COUPLE Of DAYS AGO.Always would give 5 stars, one of our favorites in town. Sadly was not the case on Thursday evenings pick up order. Food was way off. The large pizza was cut in tiny strips and was very dry. Extra cheese was ordered. There was no extra on it at all. Plus the pepperoni was left off. No seasonings on bottom of crust. The meatball sub had no cheese. Very little meat and dripping in sauce. The 2 Italian subs were flat. Mostly hard bread. The order taker said that a tip must be added to the order. ?? I actually picked up the order and was on time. No delivery. The nice thing was I only waited 5 minutes. I don’t mind waiting for things these days because I understand and respect staff shortages. I love the staff there. They are always very nice. Could have been an off night in the kitchen? It happens to everyone/place. Plus I know they are training new people. I’m not mad at all, just disappointed. I still highly recommend them.
The Pizza was well made and delicious. However, I ordered online for pickup and because of staff shortages it was not ready when promised. I waited an extra 25 minutes, which is not an acceptable experience to repeat.
Absolutely the worst food I have ever had delivered. Everything was cold and soggy. 2 hour delivery time I get on a Saturday night but I also expect that the food will be made at an appropriate time with the delivery widow. This tasted like it sat in the car for an hour before getting to me. This was my first time ordering from them, I do not recommend.
Simply superb! Lot of varieties on pizza buffet with salads
I ordered a pizza and stromboli at 7:30. It still wasn’t here by 9:30 so I called and asked where it was and was told “I just got here so I don’t know,” even though they closed at 10:00. My food didn’t arrive until 9:40 and by then it was cold. I at least got refunded, but as a first time customer, this will definitely prevent me from ordering from Massey’s again.
First time trying Massey's. Not impressed. Ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and a sampler platter. Great delivery time. But they deliveredthe wrong kind kf pizza. Tried to call. Spent so long on hold my sampler platter went cold. Doesn't taste good reheated. Not a fan.
We were at Massey’s yesterday. As always, the order-in food is amazing. The delivery is good but little beats a hot Massey’s pizza right out of the oven. I also ordered and received the best Italian sub I have ever had. We the wings as well and were super impressed with the quality of the chicken. Not of this compels me to take the time to write a review though… what was special was that this is a family-run location and they clearly understood we were there as a family and they treated us with exceptional care and gratitude to share food with the customers they truly value. They interacted with our kids and even gave them coloring pages that they could hang up after lunch. It was such a fun experience with great food and caring. Thank you Massey’s of Delaware!

I ordered the spaghetti dinner and two Italian subs. Picked the items up and they all were ice cold by the time I got home. I just live around the corner. The spaghetti dinner didn't appear, it was even cooked. The meatballs were like they were just brought out of the refrigerator.When I arrived to pick up my order. I paid for it. Then they were playing around in the back. There must have been no manager around. This was on Friday 1/28/22. I had to peak around the corner and ask if my food was ready. It was and it I believe it was just sitting back there getting cold and they were just too busy playing around and forgot I was waiting on the order.Finally, when I called to complain I could never get through. I was must of sat on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered. This is the way it was when I placed the order over the phone. Sat on hold forever. I think there is just a little too much playing going on because they didn't appear busy at all when I arrived to pick up the order.
Hi just wanted to say that our pizza was cold, burnt and tasteless. My fettuccine with meatballs was cold and gross. The Alfredo sauce was gummy taste like glue. Will never order again. Ordered on February 16 at 6pm. I think we were the delivery persons 3 or 4 stop for our delivery
