I received terrible customer service. I went through the drive through and didn’t receive something I thought I ordered. Apparently the young man didn’t hear me correctly and didn’t add it to the order. The woman who provided the terrible customer service was, Anne. She grabbed the receipt to show me the item I asked for wasn't on the receipt and waived it in my face so fast I didn’t have time to read it. So I asked to add the missing item to my order and paid for it and also asked for the original receipt so I could make sure it was correct since I never got a good look at it. I saw there were two side items on it that I didn’t order and asked for them to be taken off. She tried to argue with me about the side items being in the kids meals but I had ordered different side items for the kids meals. Eventually she begins to issue me the refund and complains to the young man at the window about me, right in front of me. I interject and said that he was the one who didn’t hear my order correctly and the situation wasn’t my fault. As she was handing me the refund she was VERY condescending and said something along these lines “It’s loud in here, sweetheart, we’re busy. We have people back here and in the front of the store. You’re not the only customer we have, sweetheart.” She didn’t want to take the time to provide good customer service and solve the problem. She just wanted me out of the way because they were busy and, instead, Anne treated ME like the problem. All I wanted was to take home a correct order of food and not be overcharged. I didn’t think that was too much to ask. At no time did I raise my voice or act inappropriately to deserve to be treated the way I was by Anne. I have been to this KFC many many times in the past and have always had pleasant interactions with staff there. This was the exception.
Yummy, one of my favorite fast food restaurants. When you want to grab a dish or just in the mood for fried chicken, perfect place. The service is always friendly and polite. Every time I go get food, nothing but friendly smiles and always have a satisfaction on my standard.
Manager couldn't accept a coupon from KFC because they didn't have a button for it on their register...told us to try Mansfield (50 miles away) acted like not their problem...we went to Marion KFC...they didn't have a "button" either but manager was able to honor the coupon with no problem...was fast, friendly, and professional...advise you to skip Delaware and go to Marion to begin with.
I come here often and I have to say I disagree with most of the reviewsove had hot meals and particularly tonight I came a bit later than normal got a family meal and employees Sherri and Grover were both professional I know its tiring dealing with different personalities in customers definitely at closing time but they treated me nicely and were patient. Thank you to our food service workers
Stopped in at 5:45 tonight and ordered No. 1 Combo. Both pieces of chicken were burnt, shrunk and shriveled. Both pieces were only 2 bites each. Biscuit was hard and cool. Definitely not worth $7
i was totally disrespected by the guy who interrupted me while i was making my order with the girl at the drive thru intercom. i didnt think i should have to argue with an employee about making an order. i ended up just driving away. i will never come back again. i ordered my chicken from hungry howies instead. 5:30 pm, 01-08-22. that guy needs to be fired!!!!!!!!!
This used to be a pretty good KFC. Don't know what happened. Original is now extra greasy and extra crispy is extra dry. Cole slaw is the only good thing on the menu now.
Got my order wrong. Shorted a biscuit, no butter I asked for and the prices on the board are wrong. When you get to the window to pay they charge you more. False advertising. Won't go there again & attorney General will be getting a call about this false advertising.
service is rude as the other reviews say. the lady laughed at me while i was ordering at the drive thru menu. even gave me mac and cheese over mashed potatoes and gravy when i specifically asked. however the chicken sandwiches here beat any other chicken sandwiches on the market. there is almost never anyone at the drive thru when i come here. meanwhile their competitors are always busy with a line. best chicken sandwich in market yet not popular? very strange how this market works.
Ordered a 16 piece Bucket with 4 sides for $48 plus Door Dash fees. Got 1 breast, just one. Tried calling them, 7 times would ring 20 times and then hang up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and if you only get 1 breast in a 16 piece buck that cost $48, that is robbery. Will never order from this place again. Absolut ripoff.
