Normally this is clean and good. Service usually good. Today off! ORDERED online... guy at register was not too friendly and didn't say thanks. And I get back to eat and the lettuce is gross wilted and browning see thru. Seriously!! Bummer

Just ordered a trio of sandwiches at this location. Quick to order, they asked plenty ofquestions to insure my order was correct. Cut the meats to order, built the sandwiches, and I was on my way. Great personalities and positive attitudes. Great team job !

Food is jersey mikesCustomer service is pretty bad.Just sat here and watched one guy make cut and wrap 6 sandwiches while the other 3 people just stood around BSing.Typical, kids being left to run a buinsess with zero management present.

(Columbus Pike, Delaware location) Not sure why there’s so many negative posts. I was there today during lunchtime, and while the employees were filling large online orders, I was in and out in no time. They were friendly and efficient. Thank you employees! A+

Worst Jersey Mike's location ever. Zero customer service skills. Messed up 2 of 3 subs and severely under portioning meat and cheese. (1.2oz cheese 7.4 oz meat=8.6oz total on the giant they made me... short by almost 2.5oz) Then give you the runaround to try and justify it. Said they couldn't refund even after they took the subs back and discarded them. Employee offered to have the owner call me. When I asked when he was going to call she said she had talked to him and he wouldn't be calling. What a joke and a scam. Save you're money and give it to a company or franchise owner who cares about their patrons and makes an effort.

Awful management. Had a young man, clearly a new worker, mess up a few times wrapping my sub. I had no problem with it whatsoever and encouraged him to keep trying with words of encouragement. An older lady in which the kid informed me of the name Pawla, was being rude to not only me, but also the kid for messing up in which she took over for him and checked me out. Felt bad for the poor kid and angry at the rude manager. Food was good mediocre as well. Tomatoes were clearly old and browned. Hope this place get all new management as I’ve been really disappointed every time I’ve came in since this place opened.

Wonderful. I really don't understand/believe the bad reviews. Or they have drastically improved. OR everyone is just a little on edge with all that's going on and they wanna take it out on a franchise. All the while ignoring the fact that people are here working hard. When it comes to delaware franchise restuants there is like a delaware curse.. they just can't get it right..Butmy jersey mikes experience was awesome!! I had the original Italian and it was perfect!I strongly urge you to try it with their rosemary parm bread. And ignore the bad reviews. Some people have never worked food service and it shows. These are tough times for everyone. These employees are just venting to each other. Mind your buisness.

Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite sub places. It is so much better than subway, they cut their meat and cheese fresh and “the juice” and spice blend enhances the flavor of the sandwich. 10/10

Let me just start by saying I'm a big Jersey Mike's fan. This location however clearly needs more training or restaffing. My husband placed an order for two Italian subs (one toasted) and a tub of cheese steak. The tub of cheese steak is the only thing that was made correctly

I love Jersey Mike's and was excited to see this location open up closer to where I live. This location, surprisingly for such a new spot, is far from the standard JM location. They prioritize online orders, I waited 20 minutes for my sandwich while the grill top continued to pile up online orders (even though only 1 person came in during that 20 minute span to pick up their order). If you are online, be online. If you have a dining room with customers standing in front of you, serve them. Also, the place is a mess and the attitude of the employees is apathetic.
