Super disappointed in my “local” pizza shop. My girlfriend purchased a pizza along with a few other things to be delivered, as a surprise for our anniversary to our house. As life has it, we arrived home later than expected and our pizza was compromised by bugs, naturally. My girlfriend was incredibly upset, considering this was a surprise, so I called to see if we could get reimbursed or sent another pizza. Again, this was a complete surprise to me for my anniversary. After explaining the situation the “manager” stated that there was absolutely nothing he could do, even though my girlfriend spent $40 there would be zero reimbursement or additional pizza. This is a cooperation. One single pizza on a Tuesday night wouldn’t have disrupted business, but treating your local customers this way, on the night of a special event? Absolutely. I will no longer patronize this location and I will actively engage with my clients and fiends to do the same. What. A. Shame.
Nope. What happened to Donatos? I grew up eating their food and was excited about having some. It was burned beyond recognition!
Does not honor coupons that are redeemed on their website. My confirmation email with the amount was not correct according to the manager. When you pay in the store it’s their price. Both staff and manager was not pleasant. All staff went to the back and I saw my order just sitting there. I won’t be back. I can understand why I heard crickets in the store.
I ordered 3 pizzas and some subs online today for the family. When I got my order, 2 of the pizzas were different than what I ordered. Being super hangry, I called the store ready to fight. Wyatt picked up and I started with "I had ordered 3 pizzas"... before I could even finish he apologized and said we realized the mistake and already have the replacement order coming. What amazing customer service by him and the driver, you have earned my business for life!
Ordered 1 Italian sub and 2 side salads .Service was excellent.
The District manager Martel Sanders is a liar who flirts with women and is cheating on his wife with a young girl who’s boyfriend was recently killed. Donatos does nothing about this but promotes “family values”. Kids literally working in the kitchens on the weekends at the Worthington stores, black mold under the tables in the kitchens.
Just want to say Jim Williamson was the best and kindest worker I've ever met in the pizza. Industry ... Thank you for your kindness I will pass it forward!!!!!
Worst experience of my life called them first dude ask 11 times same thing over and over on the phone so we hang up, then we order online I walk in the first time snottiest look you could get. Then I get a snottie amount total thinking that my man paid. So I run back home to pick up the cash. Come back I wait 20 minutes as I’m the only person there everyone in the back ignoring me as the person working front stands facing the oven area until she finely turns around. I pay and have to repeat that I need extra sour cream was only given 4 extra for 2 pizza! By the way the people in back also included there manager who I looked dead in the eyes flat out ignoring a customer who hasn’t been helped. Y’all need to clean up your whole act if you want more business. P.s. I believe all staff should be cleaned out with as many bad reviews I just read not even 4 minutes after I left my review!
Horrible customer service even when calling back. I will never ever order from here again. Couldn't pay me too. Burned the pizza burned the bread sticks burnt the bread on the sub, never sent the dressing for the salad and got the toppings wrong as well on the pizza. I called to ask if they could fix this and they basically told me to kick rocks. So here is me kicking rocks to start getting my pizza from a small company that cares about their customers unlike William here. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT
The person who took my order by phone was short, snappy, and seemed annoyed with my questions. After finalizing my order, I thanked him, and he just hung up the phone without saying a word. I ordered five salads with five dressing packets, yet he charged me for 25 salad dressings. 25!! Thankfully, the delivery guy clarified the dressing order and removed the erroneous charges.
