Honestly it was slow there webut the food took a while and well was just okay at best...Some of the potatoes were so hard couldn't chew through and others seemed barely cooked.The ingredients seemed less expensive while the cost was a bit high.I understand that things are more expensive... but the quality of the food was poor especially since it took so long is enough that I wouldn't go back.The service was awesome the employees worked hard.
Corner Cafe is my favorite local breakfast and lunch place in Delaware! Great specials every day, a fun staff and friendly customers. Always a great breakfast and awesome drinks too!
Hey just ate at this ace for the first time. It was really good. Loved the diner atmosphere. Had a sportsbar side and nice patio in the warm weather.
Would like to be able to talk about the food, but never got a chance. Walked in and saw multiple open tables and prominent sign about the dangers of undercooked food? Was greeted by a young girl who informed us that its was a 20/30 min wait.... We could leave and come back, but she understood if we went somewhere else. She then made no attempt to take our name or info, just ignored us and walked away! I can see where im not wanted! Won't be going back!
A nice, friendly place. Very understanding when I sat and waited 45 minutes for my friend to arrive.
The restaurant had an odd smell. They refused to split our check more than 6 ways (yes, it IS possible to do.) The steak was the thinnest joke (almost as thin as a piece of bacon.) I won't be eating here again.
Perfect little cafe with a fantastic Greek-influenced menu. Music is very quiet in background, just the right volume to fill the air without demanding that you actually like what they are playing. There's a walk up bar, booths and tables, well-arranged and a nice mixture of seating. There's one TV by the bar (they also serve alcohol) but while I wouldn't call this a sports bar, I can see how it would be a nice place to watch a game here on the bar side, while the restaurant side can't even see the TV. Although my only criticism is their beer/bourbon selection is nonexistent. However to sorta make up for that, they have an impressive menu of margaritas and signature cocktails. Staff is super nice and food is delicious. Highly recommended!
Service is really slow. Biscuits and gravy were not good. Pancake had good flavor. I wouldn't go back.

First time eating here. We only found it because everywhere else was slammed with a long wait. After church time on a Sunday... you'll have that. At first glance they were also very busy. You could tell the young women waiting tables were cruising as fast as they could. One of them informed me that about a 10 min wait so we went outside. We were seated and served our coffee. We ordered the French toast, blueberry pancakes, and I personally got the pork chops and eggs. Based off the price point for TWO pork chops I was not expecting much....but what I got was probably the best pork chops I've had ever. Big shouts to the kitchen cooks. If it's the weekend, you should get that. Very nice diner style atmosphere. They probably could have used 1 to 2 more servers to take the load off the others for coffee refills and stuff. But thats the struggle in these times. Great food will be coming back no doubt. ??
