one of the better fast food drive throughs, my food is always great and the speed is usually really good
Seems like they have hired more employees which is nice. The times I've dined in during lunch have been wonderful. Staff were courteous and friendly. Food was hot and correct. They've also updated their drink machine to a touch screen. It would be 5 stars, but the drive-thru in the evenings is a long wait, orders being correct are hit and miss too.
I’ve now given this location 4 chances before leaving this review. Each time, my order has been the same - a sausage & bacon croissantwich. First time, given a sausage only, 2nd time given a bacon, 3rd time given a biscuit & today given only a bacon. Super frustrating & a waste of money considering I am paying extra for 2 meats and only getting 1.
I had lunch there today. I asked for fresh french fries and I got it. The funny thing was a guy behind me ask for a Big Mac and I started cracking up laughing
Went through and they said they did not serve lunch all day. Weird bc I was just at one 2 days ago and they did. So I decided to Google it because I also remember see commercials about it. The employee said it depends on the owner. But Google and commercials say they all do. Can't stand behind their own words is false advertisement and beyond disrespectful. Would not recommend and will not go back. McDonald's never has this problem.
Drive thru service was extremely slow. It took us 20 minutes from pulling up and ordering until we finally got our food. The person who handed us our bag of food handled it poorly and ripped the bag handing it to us, and made no effort to apologize, just said "the bag ripped", which was pretty obvious. He also didn't pay attention to what drinks we should get, so he ended up having to give us 2, one of which was correct (we should have only gotten one). Our food was stale and lukewarm at best by the time we got home. We live 5 minutes from the restaurant, and normally the food is still very warm when we get home. This location needs better management and workers who know what they're doing. Not sure we'll be visiting this restaurant again.
Service is slow but the food is good. Overall, this is a good Burger King location. I always get the Impossible Whopper here.
Got whoppers,fries and onion rings all were ok only drive thru open.
This location is very rude and nasty to the customer even when the employee makes the wrong sandwich. I can not believe how nasty and rude the shift manager was to me... I will never return!
Absolute garbage. They have yet to get an order correct. I know everybody wants to blame the workers, but this is 100% on management. Train your people correctly and/or have a system in place to double check orders. It's embarrassing. Figure it out.
