Ordered food for delivery around an hour before my scheduled lunch at work. So I'm sitting at lunch waiting for my food to arrive after my lunch is over. An hour and a half after I ordered it. Just flat pathetic.
My team and I decided stop in for dinner. When we walked in it was extremely busy. They said it would be a 30-40 minutes before we could be seated. Luckily we were placed at our table in about 15-20 mins. The store was definitely understaffed and need more employees. However, we were lucky enough to get an AMAZING server KC. He made sure that everyone one at our table felt welcome and the food was to our satisfaction. I truly appreciated his effort in going over and beyond. Great customer service and I would return to that location just because of him.
"Host" had zero personality and worked slower than a sloth and then sat people out of order and asked us to wait 5 more mins with open tables?? To go person suggested we sit in bar instead but 5 other tables had done that and bartender couldn't keep up! Manager's help was limited to washing bar glasses....Then our food finally came....the cook must have dropped the seasoning in my quesadilla because it was so much, it made me physically ill!! And couldn't get drink refills to wash it down.Just awful!Shared my issue on BWW website per response from Owner. BWW is giving me 1000 Blazin' Points to make up for this awful experience.....That's not even enough to get another Chicken Quesadilla, which was basically inedible, which is 1150 points....Gee, thanks!
Good folks here! Very welcoming...typical BW3 food...but our service went the extra mile for special requests. Will stop next time in the area! Winners!
Mia, our waitress was INCREDIBLE! She made our visit that much better along with great food! She made us feel like visitors in her home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've been to this location twice. I would give 0 stars if I could. The first time we stood there for 10-15 minutes when the dining room was half empty just to be seated.. the service was slow, unorganized and terrible.My second visit it was pretty empty. Took 5 minutes until anyone acknowledged us.. sat down.. another 10 minutes until they took our drink order. The drinks came and 2 were wrong.. the rest of the service was terrible.Lastly, there is a manager by the name of Cameron this individual is a DoorDash driver locally also. Tonight the same night as I went to BWW for lunch.. he was assigned to bring my DoorDash order this evening. For whatever reason he didn't even stop in my neighborhood to deliver the food.. he literally picked it up and STOLE IT. Then he proceeded to try to SHAME ME for STEALING $18 worth of food because I mentioned I made a complaint.DoorDash was so infuriated after I talked to them for the second time they had to freeze the chat because he was being threatening. They will be investigating and potentially risky banning him from their platform.I highly recommend staying far away from this BWW.. ESPECIALLY their manager Cameron. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time.
I remember 10 years ago when this place used to be the spot. Man, times sure have changed. What used to be a weekly visit, has turned to every other month. Today will be it for visits, period. Absolutely terrible service. Drinks ran dry, my daughter's food was wrong, and we were never asked how things were. We stopped other servers for the basics. When done, we waited 15-minutes for a check (then asking again, another server and the manager!).To top it off, they were at 50% capacity or even less! No wonder....If the food wasn't good, I'd give you a zero star.
My first time as I was visiting a Friend and the waitress was very attentive and courteous, she was awesome!, Great atmosphere and the boneless hot wings were Great!! I would recommend this Delaware Ohio location to Everyone ! Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings , you're Awesome !!!
The service is quite iffy, but the wings aren't good and often are cold and need more seasoning. Waited 20 minutes for 2 fry's, 1 wing, 3 strawberry lemonade and it was all 31.50, overpriced for bad quality. Don't recommend here at all.
I ordered bogo 1/2 off wings and got charged full price I mentioned it to one of the waiters and she said it’s just a button they push n that she can’t fix it also not very good service I had to keep asking different servers for things. I left 3 stars because the food was good.
