The hostest is rude and incompetent. Told us it would be a 30 minute wait for a table of five ... 55 minutes later I get an attitude when I ask how long. I get that they may be understaffed but there is no reason that 13 parties of 3 to 4 would be seated before us. Pull 2 tables together and get the party who has been waiting seated. We watched 3 parties of 5+ get up and leave durring our hour long wait. Then to be brought back past 2 empty tables of 5 infuriated me. No apologies just attitude from the 16 year old hostest. Last time for me Bob Evens you are off my list.
It's a hit and miss. This time everything was great...last time, the waitress was the only thing good. You get a burger and it's dry, and the cook doesn't listen to the waitress and then tries to hide the fix. Not cool!
As always the food was very good. There were not enough employees on hand, so the service was very slow which gave my friend and I time to share the good things that God has done for us and when the food came it was really good. The girl that served us was very gracious and did a good job. So if you need a job stop by, if you're looking for something to eat you may have to wait,but it is good ?
Earlier reviews by others were not good, but I think that was due to COVID short staffing. We were seated promptly, wait staff was instantly attentive and very cordial. Our breakfast's were served within 10 minutes of ordering and were hot and delicious. Our waitress regularly checked on our coffee and asked if we wanted anything else. Check was delivered before we were finished, so there was no waiting for it. I will be back.
The food was really great but everything we got was cold coffee was cold and you don't have enough employees to serve as many people as you had in there and I'm from Florida so I was really disappointed in the service place was clean though
Friendly staff and good food. We arrived 20 minutes before close and they took care of my two small kids first and then me and my wife. We were in and out in 30 minutes.
Price continues to rise as portions go downi used to go a lot now. Maybe once or twice a year and feel ripped off each time wildfire chicken portion of chicken and salad is a joke compared to a few years back. Turkey and dressing used to love this but it not only is getting to be smaller they don't even care if they are serving you dry crunchy stuffing not sure I'll be back after this visit not to mention I was ask to wait to be seated during lunch time ? When I was seated there were so many not cleaned off tables
Server was great. Took over half an hour to get food. When it arrived I ordered over easy eggs and they were completely solid and over cooked and all the food was Luke warm. The person I was with food was Luke warm also. We didn't even ask for it to be recooked since we didn't know how long that would take. It's not like we ordered steak or anything. It was just breakfast. So we made sure to see if we owed anything for the coffee and tea we had then left and went somewhere else. Too bad, the hot drinks were good. It will be a while before we go back sadly.
My husband and I were in around 3:30 today.I just have to say everything was delicious and our waiter was very attentive and sweet,I don't remember his name but he deserves a raise! My husband tried the honey chicken and fell in love! Myself I loved it all, especially the potato soup.Hats off to everyone we will definitely be back!!! 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Side salads for both of us. Wife ordered pot roast dinner. Carrots under cooked no onions in pot roast. Steakhouse burger was good, fries luke warm. Server was great.
