They have a manager that will call you letting into thinking you have a job and schedule an orientation but then call you to tell you someone with the same name got it instead of you. I don’t trust them to eat there now. Not professional and encouraging that manager to continue his pranks by letting him do this.
Talked to the Manager, was rude, made me wait forever on some fries, when asked for more fries for the wait she said I can pay for it !!! If I could give no stars I would ...arbys your cheap! You need to retrain your managers about customer service !
Went to the Sandusky Street location today. The guy at the drive through didn’t give me my card back but I didn’t notice until I got home. Called Arby’s and spoke to a manager named Sue who told me that my card was not there. I got on the phone with customer support for my card, in the meantime my husband called Arby’s himself and spoke to Sue. He informed her that the police were called and would be showing up soon and what do you know… My card magically appears! If she had made any effort to check when I initially called, I wouldn’t have had to go a step further and have my card canceled!!!!

Love the curly fries. The firsh sandwich is great, but it appears on the menu sporadically. So far, this Arby's has the distinction of a 100% accuracy rate for my orders. and the service is pretty attentive and friendly compared to other local quick service options. Even though it is a fairly new location, it has a nice, old-fashioned, single-line, drive-thru, so you don't have to merge.
Good by fast-food standards and this is one of the better Arby's I've been to. They have normal fries now and they are every bit as good as McDonalds. Roast beef very good.
We love this restaurant. My favorite is the turkey sandwich and cherry turnover.
can have all these employees yet can never get my order right, always forgetting everything. seriously get it together this is ridiculous
We waited 10 minutes for our food . Our fries and sandwiches were very cold the only thing that was fresh was one chicken slider
