Okay... Now that I've had time to sit on this and recover from the trauma, that was my delivery from Victor's Taco Shop on Tuesday, let's review! I had just made the 9 hour drive home from KC, I was tired, I was hungry, and I didn't want to go back out. Delivery seemed easy enough. I don't know if the Dasher picked it up from the restaurant that way, if she dropped it after leaving the restaurant, or if she drove like a bat out of hell, but regardless of where the spillage actually happened, I can't believe that any sane-minded person would actually leave this food for someone. She knew exactly what she was doing by leaving the food and taking off, too, (see screenshot in the photos). ? I had to grab a towel to place the bag on, and each box got put on a paper plate. It took me so long just to clean up the mess, that I didn't get to enjoy any of the food while it was hot. Everything was such a mess, so I didn't really take any photos of the actual food either. Ordered: Chips & Salsa, Chicken Supreme Fries, Big OH Burrito, and Grilled Chicken Bowl. I like my chips light and airy, and these chips were really thick and hard. Just not my preference when it comes to tortilla chips. The salsa was good. The chicken fries were really good! Even after delivery, and sitting while I cleaned the mess, they were still tasty. The shell for the taco bowl was nice and crisp. If they made their chips similarly to the bowl, I think the chips would be a lot better. I did ask for no avocado, and the salad was covered in guac. The big burrito is HUGE. That's going to be about 3 meals for me. It's difficult to judge that one, since all of my sauce was in the bag. ?‍♀️ It looked similar to @tacobell's Enchirito, and that idea was really exciting, but it wasn't actually similar at all. It's wrapped in two tortillas, and that alone makes it a lot. I probably wouldn't order the burrito again, because it was just so much. Not bad, just a lot. Definitely wouldn't order it for delivery again regardless! Most of it seems like it will probably reheat well for leftovers. The only exception maybe being the taco bowl, which is understandable. ?

The young lady that served us was awesome. Very polite and helpful. The food was just not good. The salsa is plain ole weird. It was like a whole tomato dipped in tomato paste. Was bitter and just not good. The chips were rubbery. The white quest sauce was pretty good. The taco shells were rubbery and the shredded beef was tough and basically tasteless. The Big OH burrito was big but the chicken was tasteless. I just would not recommend anyone eat there.

I wouldn't serve this to my dog. This was undescribably awful and unidentifiable. A taco shell empty nothing in it and the rest of the slop identity unknown but was what was supposed to be a number 10 on the menu. The manager was rude he's the one that served this swap identity unknown and refused to replace it when getting the phone call as we live just 5 minutes down the street. Don't eat here or eat at your own risk. I'm calling the BBB and I will be contacting the health department. This place needs shut down it's ridiculous. I can't upload these pictures or I would show you what I mean by unidentifiable it's sad

Don't eat this place it's disgusting and the staff is rude as hell. They always forget items and then when you ask for a refund on the items that were missing the manager will cuss you out and tell you to bring back the whole order. Going to contact the BBB and see if they have a Corporate office. No manger should ever cuss out a customer.. My family will stick to taco bell ,Better food and service

Have driven by this place so many times over the past few years and thought, it's still open so something must be working. So I stopped in a couple of weeks ago or so and ordered three beef tacos with lettuce tomato, onion, etc.The first taco was okay and pretty sloppy, the second taco was like biting into a stale rubber hose, because that is kind of what it was like. With that I removed all the condiments on top of the beef. Then nearly threw up at the site of several muscle arteries that ran the entire length of the taco partially attached to the shredded beef. I could not and would not eat another bite, nor did I even attempt to look at the third taco. It was downright horrifying.Arteries are mostly closed, like a tube and do not get processed as nearly as well as the rest of the beef. The arteries can carry pathogens that can make you ill and create health problems down the road. They were not busy so they were not rushed.I called and spoke with the manager. Without an apology or solution, he blamed it on their supplier. I said to the manager, the supplier did not make my tacos, that is your responsibility. When they are making food they have to focus on the food to put the beef in the tortilla These arteries are very large and would have been easily noticed. They will have a short life with Montgomery health department. You have no idea when the clock will start ticking and, to know this place may have something to do with it ... then it's time to call Sam Burnstein.Do not recommend ... there, did I have to say it. Others did and I concur.

I spend good money there and all i ask is to get CORN TORTILLAS!!! But i get home to see i paid for the crew to disregard what i asked cause they own reasons. And now I’m home with tortillas I’m allergic to and a meal i paid top dollar for. This is t the 1st 2nd or 3rd time it’s happened.

Really used to be good when this picture was taken....however there is little to no consistency on portions or the flavor.......example sometimes the salsa tastes excellent like restaurant quality other times its gelatinous or bland like a tomato paste....likewise the fajita burrito thai get sometimes has good portions of chicken other times not.........inconsistency is bad enough at each store but even worse between different locations...... In all I still eat there but its definitely a game of chance.....guess that keeps things exciting!!!!

The first time we ordered from the Monroe location the beef tacos were so good. Unfortunately every other time has been a very bad experience. We have gotten ice cold taquitos, cold tacos, and order mix ups. Our last visit is today because our tacos are burnt. These smell burnt and don’t even taste like tacos. Too bad this location cannot be consistent with the food because it’s super close to our house and probably really has good food if cooked correctly.

This place used to be great!! Then it has went down hill very quickly.Service is horrible, your order is NEVER correct. It's also a HUGE issue that they take the food back that they have made wrong. Which an establishment should NEVER take ANY food back once it has been handed out that window. Especially with COVID!!!!!the time to wait is horrible in the drive thru.People act like they do not care. Food looks old, re used or burnt/not toasted.Very highly disappointing since I knew how that place used to be.The pictures show the old looking tacos. My half burnt half not even done quesadilla.Just DON'T waste your time or money on that place. Go up N. Dixie to Taquitos Uruapan. They have excellent food and prices and your order is exactly what you order.

I just had the sweetest young girl named Shamika take my order and help me here. I want to say this first before anything: I am having a really terrible day,, really bad and this young lady turned my day around today by being so super sweet and she does not have to do that but you can just tell this is the kind of young lady that she is in her heart.. People don't realize sometimes customer service can really affect someone's day.. i hope her manager reads this. I want to say thank you to her because she was an Angel today. Secondly the chimichanga I just had is amazing! It's huge and they freshly cook your order, it was the best I've ever had honestly! Great place to go For the best food and the best service I've ever received in Dayton.
