The WORST tropical smoothie I have ever been to. I haven't had a good sandwich from there in years. On top of that, they don't answer their phone
First of all before I start things off is the I ordered Blimey Limey. Now the first thing I was disappointed about was I ordered on the mobile app and selected my smoothie to be picked up at 3:45pm. Then when I got in there, nobody even asked me what my order was for 7 minutes. Then when she asked me for my order number to pick it up 10 minutes later, she was really nasty about it. Then when I was getting in my car and trying the smoothie it tasted really pineapplely. I order my smoothie with NO pineapples. Really not impressed or satisfied.
I went there for lunch and ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich. By the time I got back to work to eat I noticed the bread is covered in mold! This is absolutely disgusting and it's inexcusable that this was not noticed while preparing the food.
Excellent smoothies, and great sandwich and salad. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. My order got lost but it was remade quickly and with lots of smiles. Thank you.
My girlfriend went to pick us up a couple smoothies and salads, asked the employee if a item was gluten free and was told “all are salads are gluten free” so she purchased a Thai salad. I have celiac horribly and after taking a few bites I found some crunchy wontons at the bottom. After calling and talking to the manager, she acted like it’s my fault for not going though the ingredients list. …..We really might be better off with automated food service!
Asked the manager (shorter, brunette lady) if the smoothie had real fruit or added sugary juices. She said nothing about the turbinado do that they put in it (common sense would make you think a person asking about added juices would be concerned about sugar as well)I asked her to remake it , she gave me tons of attitude, rolled her eyes & finally said “I’ll remake it THIS time.” Then told me that in the fine print on the board, it says they add sugar... like anyone can read that. She was just unprofessional & rude. Maybe you shouldn’t work at the front if you can’t be nice to people .
Yummy and refreshing. Love the kale salad they make. I don't even like kale! So they make you eat your veggies and like it! Haha
Absolutely one of our favorite places. Food is great and the smoothies are even better. Try the watermelon mojito smoothie before the end of summer, you'll thank me.
We've really enjoyed our visits the last few weeks. Staff is kind and caring. I have a diary allergy and that have used a clean blender each time as well as reverified with me.
Got a quesadilla and i don’t know if they didn’t have the right packages but they literally just balled it up and threw it in here. Haha I didn’t think this would be that hard but I guess so, at least I ordered multiple things. Young kid at the desk didn’t say a word walking in and just handed food. Yikes. Luckily manager helped an was able to get a new order when I am off tomorrow.
