I go to tropical smoothie at least 2 times a week. The one in Oakwood. I decided to take my husband there for lunch and payed cash. I usually do online orders but since we were so close we just went in ordered lunch and enjoyed it. It wasn't till I got home that I notice they also charged my card. So I politely call the store talk to very nice young lady who was I guess the night manager. She called her boss and he in returned called me. Said no problem when it clears your bank let me know. So the next morning I stopped by to get a couple of smoothies and to let them know it cleared my bank and that they indeed double charged me and showed proof. Oka but the manager is not in right now so I left my number. Nothing all day. So I stopped by on my way home to get it taken care of and the manager was not there so they called him at home. He says I'm sorry but there is no way that we charged your card. I said we had this all taken care of you said just stop by when it clears so I do and now you're blaming my bank. By time our conversation ended he was not going to reimburse me me. So I left. Please be careful when you pay cash somehow their system charges your card if you do online ordering. Don't get double charged like I did.

I'll be short and sweet: the pricing here was higher than other Tropical Smoothie Cafes in the surrounding areas. On top of that, it was obvious they had taken steps to cut costs compared to the other stores... which I don't mind. If using cheaper packaging and napkins saves them money, great! But not when it somehow translates to a higher price for me. Then it's just tacky.

Usually we have only great things to say about Tropical Smoothie Cafe....but the location at 2307 Far-Hills is the absolute WORST!!!! They have messed up our order multiple times, and even argued that we were wrong when we called for a resolution. They do not care about the customer or customer service and even lied about a refund just to get us off the phone. Boycott this location at all cost!!!

I love tropical smoothie, I’m not sure if it’s just this location but the past few times I have been coming here the quality of the food has went downhill… the food doesn’t even taste nearly as good as it use to… I’m not sure if it’s the employees just being careless or what but it has definitely changed. I will be going back to the Centerville location to see if they have that original taste I’m looking for but if not I will no longer eat here.

Always friendly employees and consistently good food and smoothies. One of my favorite go to lunch spots

Amazing!!! I already Love Tropical Smoothie Cafe!I feel healthy after taking my first sip! Great portion size, tasty smoothie @ a great price!It was excellent customer service at this location!Here's something interesting, the same guy that gave that excellent customer service when I walked in, was the same guy I saw sweeping the floor, the same guy who was being safe and sanitized then created my tasty smoothie and handed it to me with more excellent customer service!What's more, there was a great team effort at this location, everyone seemed to be on his same excellent customer service workflowI will definitely be back, I am a Tropical Smoothie Cafe fan!

I had called and specifically asked if this was the location in the same shopping center as Dorothy Lane and right next door to the pet people. The girl on the phone said yes we are right next door to the pet people and in the same shopping center as Dorothy Lane market. I went to that location and they said that my order was not there. They then proceeded to tell me that there is another location further down on far hills mind you the traffic was atrocious and it was such an inconvenience because the store told me it was next door to the pet people and in the same shopping center as the Dorothy Lane market when it completely was not. I am not one to complain but when I went and wanted to speak with the manager of this specific location they told me that there was nothing they could do I said I'm not looking to get free food but if you could take something off of the price I would appreciate it for the extra gas that I just spent driving across town to your location and they said sorry we can't help you there's nothing we can do you should have looked at the address and known where it was at. Totally inconsiderate and the place was dirty so I will not be back. They are very rude and not willing to own up to their mistakes this is very bad business especially with the manager and how he handled it.Update... I did reach out to that email address you mentioned and I also filed a complaint with a live person and I have heard nothing back from the company so to file a complaint it's useless because no one gets back to you so don't give me that I already sent an email and you're just trying to look good on here so you'll get good reviews but your customer service sucks.

This place has gone down hill since the new owners took over. Waited 40 minutes for 3 quesadillas. Food was good but not worth the wait.

I continually go to this particular location because the are some the nicest and friendliest people you will ever meet. I come so much they know my order without me telling them. I have tried other smoothie locations and they don't compare to this location. They make every smoothie with love. From: Candice B.

We came in and there was no one else in there but the workers. We wave at them we went over the counter and looked at looked on there phones!!! Than we stood there for over 10minutes but they do not acknowledge us! They didn't say a word to us even when we would say excuse me hello, hi! The worst service I've ever had. And them being on there phones and ignored us completely, terrible to your customers. I hope in the future they fix this.
