Do not order from here using a delivery app. Every single time I have ordered from here using a delivery app, they have messed up my order. They literally do not care to read the instructions or the actual order for that matter. This is the 3 time I've ordered from an app and they messed it up every single time. For example today I ordered 2 bacon Egg and cheese bagels each being $4.91....they sent me just the bagels. How is a bagel $4.91... they left out the bacon Egg and cheese. The last time I drove there, their ice capp machine was down and I had pre ordered and paid on their app and went to pick up....the machine was down and I had to go back several days later to get it replaced because the app couldn't refund me for whatever reason. Smh
Well… idk what to say. Very very limited selection of things, they’re literally out of everything. Only great things I can say is that the people are absolutely wonderful, esp the girl who was working the drive thru. When we had pulled up the window to pay, we tried to add a donut to the order, only to have someone else shout from the inside that they couldn’t add anything to the order. But the sweet, awesome person who was originally helping us gave it to us anyways, and for that, she’s earned my respect for sure
Asked for a bagel with cream cheese they gave me a bagel with butter. I go in there and they give me a cream cheese packet but I do not want it with butter so I ask again can I get it with no butter they aggressively hand me the order . I thought they was supposed to put the cream cheese on there for you but they don’t could of gave me something to spread it out with I will never eat here again
I ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich combo and the 2 for $5 egg, bacon and cheese English muffins. One with no cheese. I received ham instead of turkey with very little lettuce which was brown and wilted. No English muffin sandwiches. Drove back through to get the rest of my order and discovered at home that I had ham and not turkey. I was the only customer in the drive through so they weren’t busy with customers. Will not be back to the Harshman Road location. This seems to be a constant issue with this location.

Terrible. The one saving grace is that the staff were very polite and helpful. The donuts were dry and bland, the icing would crumble and fall off before you could get it to your mouth. The hashbrowns were DISGUSTING. They were oily, cold, tasted like blueberry donut, and impossible to chew. The bagels were chewy and dry. The bacon was hard and chewy and old. The coffee mocha was ... bad, I don't know how else to describe it. When I asked for fresh hashbrowns I was told they had made all they would make for the day and that they would all be the same. A $26 breakfast for 2 and the only thing edible was a burrito, I won't be back.
A delicious breakfast sandwich and tasty orero iced cap is my new favorite tasty once weekly treat. I'll be back next week for sure.

So I watched the guy make my wrap and I tried telling them he made it wrong but the women said that’s how it’s made I can make it again I told her no cause I was in there for at least 20 minutes. I was charged 12$ I come hear daily I’ve never been charged 12$ for a number 11 and Tim bits. I was charged for bacon and sausage and I only got sausage. This tim hortons is lost.
