No doughnuts, served me Diet Coke because they are out of coke without asking, didn’t say they were out of hash browns and just didn’t give them to us. Staff was the most sour and unfriendly I’ve ever seen. They were just a mess today.

The brother working there named Jerron was the best. We appreciate his professionalism and his friendly personality. He hooked up the berry smoothies. ?

I am normal not to one to post anything and I don't like taking bad about a company or complaining about a company. But they have mess up my order to many time through the drive Thru and doordash. Decided to get tim hortons a try again but through doordash gave me the wrong 6 box of dounts and gave muffins. Got a refund from doordash, decided to eat the muffins didn't have good taste. The quality has gone down since they got a new team.

I wish the manager would tell the girl in the black hoody to stop letting her dog or cat lay on her Hoody .. that is nasty ! She should be ashamed of herself, standing there serving FOOD with animal hair all over. Poor service one sugar 2 creams, not a pound of sugar. Poor service! I'm done ✔️

Come to this tim Hortons almost every other day its the closest to my house and they are super fast here only problem I ever have is they always forget to put a sleeve on my hot coffee

Mobile orders are never ready. I come in 10 minutes later and they haven't even started it. They also weren't that busy and had 5 people working.

This was our first time at a tim Hortons and will definitely be our last. It's started off as a regular drive through breakfast. When we pulled up to the speaker to order we had a few questions about the menu items due to allergies. The first question went OK "do you have turkey sausage"? The response was no. Ok fair enough. "OK, do you have turkey bacon"? Immediately, the person taking our order lost her patience with us. With as much attitude as a teenager, we got a rude "no". We proceeded to order and asked the final question of milk options for coffee. The response was a rude "yea, no. We only carry 2%. Anything else"? We replied no and were told to move forward. We did and waited a solid 20 minutes for them to cycle through the three cars ahead of us. Our food was NOT worth the wait. We asked for an egg and cheese English muffin sandwich and a bacon, egg and cheese English muffin. We got 2, cold, dry English muffins with a cold piece of cheese and a room temp egg on each. No bacon. The coffee We got was promptly poured out the car window down the street because cardboard coffee is not delicious. Thank goodness for Starbucks. They not only had real customer service but hot food and great coffee. My suggestion, skip the attitude, cold food and cardboard coffee and head a few miles down the street to Starbucks.

Yet another wonderful experience and the best fastfood breakfast in Dayton!

The best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The people who work here are always so exceptionally kind!

New management! They have a bunch of kids running this place! Very slow and poor service ! What happened to the old team.
