Ordered from DoorDash (late night), burger and fries both hot and delicious.
I have ordered from this restaurant 3 times on Uber Eats only to be let down because the sandwich I ordered was not what I received. I tried again because the 3rd times a charm right... well the 3rd time, I even added a note to make sure certain toppings were on the sandwich and paid for extra XTC sauce which I did not receive. When Uber Eats was contacted yet again because I received the wrong or missing items they said they won't refund me. I will never order from here again
Tried burger experience today wasn't impressed.. burger was ehhh fries were hot but flimsy..drink was smaller than expected and after tip cost $13

Gross, don't waste your money Wendy's is a better burger experience.
Went for lunch at the SB on Miller Lane in Dayton on Saturday July 31st . There were maybe 10 people in the restaurant. I ordered the Brisket sandwich, onion rings and a cup of the Brunswick Stew. Food was awful. The sandwich had maybe 2-3 table spoons of meat drowned in sauce. The Brunswick Stew (main reason I went) was basically sink water, a few pieces of corn and some strings of meat in an orange broth. No what it use to be. I can see why the place was basically empty so I'll just head to City BBQ in the future.
Tonight was my first time I ordered and I used doordash, while my burger tasted fine, my fries tasted cold and a few like it was not cooked all the way. I order one burger with only meat and cheese and it had everything. My receipt showed how it was ordered but that not how I got it and no drink that was supposed to come with my combo. It will be a while before I order again.
If I could give a zero I would. The food is never correct. I asked for a classic burger with no tomato no onion. It came as a cheese burger. I have ordered thru door dash 5 times for this company I want to try the FULLProduct and every order is wrong. This is ridiculous. The burgers themselves are delicious but I'd like my sauce and toppings on it.
Maybe they improved since the previous reviews, but everything is just fine here.I would recommend wrapping fries in foil to keep them warm. Fries tend to get cold fast.
Burger was absolutely horrible. Patty looked rotten. Fries were soggy and cold. Will never order again.
