After trying all weekend unsuccessfully to order from DoorDash I have over $60 pending in charges from my bank that I will be waiting for days to get back because this store was unable to honor their agreements or the contract that they have with the service. I don’t understand why they are still on DoorDash if they cannot fulfill the DoorDash orders, they should remove themselves from sad platform so that other stores may have the opportunity to fulfill said orders. This is just ridiculous and I can’t believe a place that I never even went to personally caused me such an inconvenience

I’ve really been with this place for a long time and I’ve never been disappointed.. But today I wanted to pitch the shop with some people working during the day while I walked in to pick up an order, I wait a long time before she throws me the customer's order and she doesn't care about the seal of the bag. sorry for comments like that but I love the people who work in the evening they do everything well thank you everyone !

I ordered through DoorDash and after 20 minutes of the dasher sitting at the store I texted him and asked what was taking so long. He said that there were 7 dashers waiting on orders and them at the employees at Taco Bell were chilling in the back and only focusing on drive thru before looking at other orders. I called the Taco Bell and asked them what was going on and the man I spoke with had a ton of attitude and was extremely rude when I was very nice and respectful. I’ve worked in fast food myself and I just didn’t understand why dashers who had been sitting there for 20+ weren’t being given orders over the drive thru people who had just arrived. The employee also lied to me and said the there were only 4 people running the kitchen but my dasher sent me a picture of 9 people behind the counter in uniform.

I ordered food through the mobile app, it was a quesadilla and a freeze. I went to the store because it said my order was being prepared then stated it was ready and the lobby doors were locked at 430 pm on a Monday. I then went through the drive thru and they told me to pull back around because my order was not in the system. Then I pulled back around and they said there was nothing they could do for because my order was not in the system. I was extremely frustrated because my debit card was already charged the amount for my food. They did not offer to make the food even though I had confirmation of order, payment, and that it was the the correct location. Theres one lady that is always working when I go there and she is friendly, this time she was not there and I believe that explains why this situation was not handled properly.

They overstuffed my food bag, handed me it ripped and then it fell onto the dirty concrete and all fell out of the bag. we asked for it to be remade they told us no, they would only remake the hard shell taco since it broke open. Which is not servesafe and not safe at all, essentially asking us to eat off the floor. Unacceptable. People spit on the ground, car fluids leak, people throw cigarette butts out there. We asked for a refund, waited for them to do and then decided to tell us they wouldn't give us a refund and would remake the food instead. 0/10 the gentleman was very nice tho but very unwilling to do anything in the beginning of the whole interaction and it took 10 minutes for him to realize that it was unsanitary and unprofessional after he called his manager.

Ordered breakfast through the Taco Bell app and tried to pick it up at 9:00 AM and was informed that they were only serving lunch at the moment and it would take 45 minutes to make my order. Lunch at 9AM??? Cancelled and will make sure I order my breakfast from somewhere else from now on. It seems like Taco Bell only serves breakfast when they want to. I’ve had quite a few negative experiences with this company lately and they’re pretty close to losing me as a customer. I doubt they care though.

Absolutely terrible. They are rude, rush you the whole time you’re ordering even when they have literally no one else in the drive thru, and talk to you like you’re nothing but a bother. Has messed up our order the three times we’ve ordered at this location. Throws our food in the bag so we just loose all the toppings in the bottom of it. Tacos are completely smashed. Just save yourself the trouble and go to another one….

I have to say this is one of the best Taco Bell's I've experienced. At least recently, the crew inside seems to love their job and even wish me a "blessed day". Food has been fresh (as far as Taco Bell gets) and properly proportioned. Order has been correct every time we've been here, and they even stack things neatly across the bottom of the bag. Keep it up!

Prices are always a bit higher at this location. My taco fell apart seconds after receiving it. May have been made in advance and soaked the shell. This was a fast location compared to others. Not a very personable staff. I had to get their attention for a question. No napkins or sauce. Just rushed along...

This location is one of the best! Customer service is on point! The quality of food is far better than the other locations. Keep up the good work!
