Went and just ordered over $25 worth of food for them to mess up the whole order and drinks, called them and asked for a manager girl answered claims she was a manager I charge and hung up on me 3 times in a row, very poor customer service if you ask me. Needless to say they will NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN!!!! Yes I will be calling corporate on this store today as well!

I was watching Sunday night football and decided I really wanted to get tacos, Using the App I ordered food for in store pick up. Living near by and not having a car I walked over to the store when I received the notification that my order was ready. When I arrived at the location the store lobby was actually closed.I went around to the drive through window to ask for assistance and before I could get a word out I was immediately yelled at by the staff for "swindling for food." Despite showing my receipt and proof of purchase, the staff denied the order existed and sent me away. When I got home I saw my credit card and gift card were charged and app was still indicating the food was made and ready for pick up. About 5 minutes later I received a notification that the order had been marked complete.Reaching out to customer service it took me two weeks to get any response and when I did, I only got a partial refund. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location, and if I were to go back, I'm sure it wouldn't be the last. I still support Taco Bell as a company, but I have been extremely disappointed by the food quality, service, and professionalism of this franchise.

Really good food just sucks that the value items aren't at value prices anymore and just a Taco you know half of their name and its crazy prices for just 1 Taco at Taco Bell now I guess a normal $6.00 meal is like $8.00 now but they have to pay the bills and Line their pockets. But food is good though

I haven't visited a Taco Bell in several years, and wasn't disappointed. Everything was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. The staff was polite and efficient.

You can't go in and order you have to go through drive-thru only. Which I'm not really a big fan of because you can get your order wrong and by the time you get home to realize it. But they did get my order correct this time. I still prefer going in just so I can check!

Worse experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell.Took 20 mins for 4 burritos. And they weren’t even made correctly. No communication on why It took so long.Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.It took from 420-445For FOUR BURRITOS

these were the most rude people i gave ever had to deal with.. i waited over 15 minutes in line and when i pull up to let them know my order they want to tell em they are closed! like no it’s at least 10 minutes before you can order my food.. then you want to cough in the mic like this girl is gross and rude and need to be talked to! i will leave a review until i figure out her name

This taco bell so unprofessional and the customer service is bad. I had gotten into arguments with employees over items either missing or made incorrectly. By far the worst taco bell in Dayton. Recently I had a missing item and had multiple employees basically tell me there is nothing they can do. They were disrespectful as hell

Google and Taco Bell app said the lobby was open. Came from the hospital across the street to pick up my carry out order placed through the app. Lobby was locked. Luckily after a phone call they let me pick up my food from the drive thru window.

This taco Bell runs out of everything seemingly necessary to make the entire menu usually before closing time too often. Or they can't take cash. Or the register system is down. Or no carbonated drinks, can't make what they just asked me to try when greeting me. It's the silliest things Everytime and it would almost be amusing if anything else around was open and I had options.
