I had lunch here today and ordered the Garden Grove salad, much to my disappointment. Although the ingredient list for the salad sounds good, they failed to leave out the fact that they dump coffee grounds all over it, dominating the flavor of the salad. I don't like coffee so it was disappointing to see and taste. I let the manager on staff know that they should list coffee grounds as an ingredient in the salad, for those who don't like coffee like myself. He was belligerent about denying the fact that they were indeed on my salad, arguing that it was just the coffee-infused goat cheese. This was totally false and I pointed out all the coffee grounds on the salad after I couldn't eat anymore (which was most of it). He still refused to admit there was an issue and had a dismissive attitude regarding my concern. Would never again support this type of management style from a business.

This place had a modern twist both from the dining & design perspective. You order at the front, take a number & seat yourself (which I personally love). Most importantly the food was amazing. They cook their eggs Gordon Ramsay style (more meaty, not rubbery). And Cinnamon Roll was the size of my head, every bite soft (no hard outer shelf). Coffee also great. Will be back with our family later this summer.

A good brunch spot in downtown Dayton. You place your order upfront and find a table that’s empty. The staff are friendly and polite. They don’t take reservations and there might be a bit of a wait.I wanted to try their biscuits and gravy but they were out of biscuits. A bit disappointed. I tried the Huevos Rancheros (4/5), it was presented well and the tortillas were deep fried. The guacamole was a bit salty. The highlight of my meal were the fries and the house ketchup. Exceptional. The drink “Left me speechless”, left me speechless. A bit expensive.

I'm a newly diagnosed celiac, which means my immune system attacks my intestines anytime I eat gluten. Even three crumbs of bread are enough to give me a reaction. So as you can imagine, finding places to eat has been a nightmare. It's gone from one of my favorite things to my biggest headache - so much so that I rarely go out to eatBut this place was suggested to me, so I called ahead and gave them my usual barrage of questions. The worker was very kind over the phone and was familiar with gluten intolerance and celiac. When the worker didn't know something, they asked the chef directly. They were so knowledgeable that when we did eventually go there, the waiter stopped by my table just to remind me that my boyfriend's fries were not safe for me to eat. They were also honest and let me know that their fryer, which is normally dedicated to GF foods, was temporarily not gluten free due to a special they were having that contaminated the oil. However, all their waffles and cast iron dishes are dedicated gluten free, and they are careful to separate breads from other foods. For once, there was plenty I could eat. And it was so delicious. Genuinely, truly delicious. See the pics if you don't believe me.----- (From my FindMeGlutenFree review)How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contamination?— Very confidentIs there a gluten-free menu?— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menuHow much of the menu is available gluten-free?— MostHow would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?— ExcellentOther Characteristics- Good selection of healthy options- Good for breakfast/brunch- Good for takeout- Offers online ordering- Good for kids- Offers outdoor seating

This was a favorite place of mine for fine dining locally, and I'd been at their brunch, supper, special events prior to covid. So I was a bit eager to get back now that I'm getting out more. What a letdown. I wonder if they can't get good help, but they are no longer a full-service establishment. It's counter service. Moreover, the counter was slow--we stood immobile for ten minutes before the line moved a little. So you order, pay, find a table, and display your number-on-a-stick. Here were more problems--they have not enough tables to handle their traffic. The generous dining room that used to be just off the entrance is walled off--I have no idea what that space if for now, since the exterior still says Table 33. So we found seats and after a modest wait my "Left Me Speachless" craft cocktail arrived. I wish that poor spelling was intentional, but the writing errors on their website suggest not. Anyway, it was a good mix of gin, lime juice, and infused simple syrup. This was the one part of the experience that lived up to their prior glories. After a pretty good wait, my wife's order arrived--the "Early Riser" brunch, fluffy scrambled eggs with a salad. She enjoyed it. After a pretty irritating wait, my order arrived. I like a good heuvos rancheros--this was not it. Three crispy corn torillas rested on an avocado crema, topped with I guess a mix of what they thought were refried beans, a little cake of some unidentified meal, and about 1/2 of a scrambled egg. It was topped with about 9 slices of pickled jalapeno. The thing was a mess--you couldn't pick up the tortilla without getting the crema all over, you couldn't use knife and fork and get a good bite, the whole thing was uncomfortably spicy even after I scraped off those brutal jalapenos. It had none of what I expect from a good plate of rancheros--Spanish rice, refried beans with queso, soft tortillas. Worse, it came to me at room temperature. Topping it all off, the piped-in music was irritatingly loud, especially with the amped-up bass, and the decor was good looking but impractical--watch out that you don't bump your head on the hanging lights that aren't always above the tables. I am sorry to find a restaurant that once was one of my local favorites so degraded.

I just got the un-beet-able veggie burger! It is absolutely amazing. I love it. The flavor, the bun, the aioli. Everyone should eat this. Can’t wait to eat this in the restaurant! I’m bring my husband next time. Thank you!

Awesome food and great service

Stopped in for dinner and had a great meal. They have a bar area as well. Searing is somewhat limited as it's a tight space. The food is freshly made and is yummy. Menu is often changing and somewhat small. Staff was also very friendly.Parking is somewhat difficult. Have to park on the street or at a nearby parking garage. Definitely worth a stop! Hope to come by during brunch sometime soon!

Great food and environment! Was surprised to find this place while in Dayton, glad we stopped by and had some yummy food! Coffee drinks, pastries, and meals were all delicious!

Saw them post their weekly special, which was this delicious classic spaghetti carbonara it I'm so glad I stopped in, very delicious, a nice portion. I enjoyed Atlassian coke in an old fashioned glass, real coke, super cold & then finished off this delicious meal with their creme burlee which was absolutely fantastic, nice crispy crunch top & served cold custard that was fantastic. This place has nice amount of seating, nice bar area, 3 tvs.
