Great friendly service, exxxcellent food and cocktails. Reasonable prices and happy hour! Jake, the manager personally engages and wants to ensure you have a great experience.
I love their philly cheesesteak - this is coming from a person that doesn't usually care for Philly cheesesteaks. I always love places that use that specific kind of bread for the bun. Their baklava is also ???. Not to mention, my first experience w/ the staff is great! My husband has also had good experience! We're new to this restaurant and will definitely keep coming back!!!
Best cheese steak I've had in a long time! These guys understand that the roll is part of the sandwich. Good ingredients piled onto a soft, bland, overgrown hot dog bun doesn't cut it. Steak Thyme has a crusty, flavorful, chewy roll. Which they pack chock full of meat, cheese, veggies, and seasonings, in a variety combinations. This was my first visit, it will not be my last!
I got a Philly Cheesesteak and it was very small for being a 12inch sub. I ordered a whole sub asking for half to be wrapped to go and they only gave me 1/2 with very little mayo on it. I asked where my other half was and they said they had to make it(for an entire sub that was the same kind?). I asked for extra mayo when I ordered it, but the brought me a little cup and charged me $.79 for it. Service was not good as we sat there waiting for drink refills but no one came around. When the girl finally came around to ask if we wanted a refill, she said, "Would you like it to go?" ...well, I would like one for here to drink. She gave my daughter one to go and charged her $.30. They were not busy but had 4 employees with one sitting at the counter on his phone(not on break). For 1 whole(very skinny, smaller than 12inch)sub, one Gyro, and 2 orders of fries(we had a free coupon for both of these!) and two iced-teas the bill was almost $32.00(no tip). While the flavor was good as was the bread on the sub, it was quite expensive for the little we got! We drove 25minutes to go try them....doubt we will ever go back. The second half of my sub was given to me in a styrofoam box to go, which I ate the sub there because I was still hungry! The funny part? The girl at the register said they are opening another shop in the old Miamisburg Stacked Pickle building. She said they didn't last long because the food wasn't good and the service was even worse, she heard! My daughter and I laughed in the car because their service(Steak Thyme) was AWFUL! (And yes, we had dined at SP, and had a friend that was a server there). Sad because I love the variety they had on their menu.
I am never disappointed here. Jordan cooks to order with great sandwiches and side dishes. Don't miss his Mom's baklava as you check out
This is one of my wife and I’s favorite places to eat at. I think they have one of the best cheesesteaks in Dayton as well. The owners are some of the nicest guys I have met. Every time we pop in the staff is ALWAYS so nice and have NEVER had a food issue here. The food is always hot and tasty. You have to try their baklava as well!!!
The Baked Italiano is delicious! I will definitely be back here for lunch.
Good cheesesteak, enjoyed the garlic Parmesan fries, and the baklava tasted great.
super friendly staff delicious food and my husband said the best baklava he's had
I've been coming here for about eight years and have never been disappointed. This is a favorite place to eat for my wife and I.
