Ok...take a breath. There are no waiters to take your order and you need to use the kiosk. But persevere! It's still a great smashburger with great veggies and oh so thick shakes. It was a great lunch!
Thus Steak 'n Shake is always a great option for fast, good food. I love the Frisco Melt and of course those skinny fries are the best! The shakes are good too but I personally am not a fan of the thick whipped cream topper.
Dined in late, and everything was great. Seriously improved over the some of the issues that arose during the pandemic. I had previously complained that they used paper straws which were no good for milkshakes, and they solved that with ticker straws that come with the milkshakes... And of course the Frisco melt has always been fantastic.
In today's world its a great price and a tasty burger and fries. Love the butter burger and they still make great shakes. Service was great!
Came in with a massive group of highschoolers (~25-30) late at night to celebrate a group accomplishment and the staff was incredibly polite and we received our food very quickly.
It was OK. Service was friendly and fast. The burger was not seared as you can see in the photo. It was put together haphazardly. A little greasy. The onion rings were cold and the topping didn't taste fresh. Will try again and give update.
LOVE the new ordering process. The food came out very quickly and hot and delicious!!! The food is BETTER now than it used to be! Definitely recommend this steak and shake. Also it was very clean, the service was fantastic and very friendly!! Best burgers and Nutella milkshake!
The inside service is fantastic! They came out to help with ordering and after I finished my hamburger and shake (served on an old fashion large shake glass), the manager came out and asked how everything was. I loved everything--food, service, cleanliness and helpfulness. HIGHLY recommended!!!
Stopped by at 7:00 p.m. exactly on Friday February the 4th 2022 they were closed LOL Friday night at 7:00 and they're closed. Don't waste your time even going to this place they clearly treat their employees like the bottom of the barrel but they cannot find people to work a Friday dinner. Or ppl have given reviews with their feet and just stopped going there. Everywhere else around was packed, everywhere. And this location was closed.
This is the best Steak 'n Shake! We go here weekly after church and love it! The night manager knows us by name and talks to us every time. Her staff and her provide amazing and quick service and honestly the best tasting Steak 'n Shake!
