Well they didn't even ask anyone's name to put on the drink. Did not even call out to anyone when the drinks were made, just set them on the counter. They had about 15 drinks that just sent on the counter and when you ask if one of those was yours they're like I don't know you'll just have to look through them all.
What a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location! My drink was made perfectly, the women behind the counter this morning were so kind and personable. I stopped here to work for a few hours - there’s comfortable benches and chairs, charge ports, and everything is clean! They also have outdoor seating!
I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and have a tiny bit of compassion due to it seems they are short staffed. However I always order the brown sugar oat milk espresso and when something is your drink of choice you no what it is suppose to taste like. My drink today didn’t have oatmilk(I was not told they were out or suggested a substitute for it) no brown sugar was in it, neither was cinnamon. I guess the barista made what she wanted and disregarded what I ordered. Do better pleaseeeeee!!! It sucks to have to wait 30 minutes for a drink then on top of that your drink isn’t correct. I normally go thru the drive thru and as of yet I haven’t experienced any problems with my drink not being right. But today I came in thinking the process would be quicker and it wasn’t
This is my favorite Starbucks. They have great coffee, fresh muffins and a very pleasant staff who work their butts off keeping the drive thru line moving.
We normally don't go to Starbucks but my friend had a gift card. We saw a pineapple coconut green smoothie listed on line as one the top sellers. We pulled up and asked for two, and she said no they don't have that here. Turns out they don't sell any smoothies. (The girl that took our order and served us was very sweet.) So we ordered two small caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccinos (pretty sure that's the name of it) and they were very good! Loved the crunchies on top.Pricey, yep. But if you're a Starbucks goer then I would recommend trying this one. Yum.
They're friendly and nice as always providing a fast service getting my order right everytime. They also help answer any dietary questions and concerns I have to make sure I have a great experience
The attendant could barely here me, didn't know the ingredients of one of there items, and my drunk was watery and didn't taste as I remember. I tasted more ice than expresso and caramel. Saddening to spend my money for the order to not be as expected.

I placed my order ahead î⁵ and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. Got to the speaker and I told them I had an order placed and they said to pull on up. When I got to the window, there was a bit of a mix-up and apparently their system didn't show my order. So I showed them my phone so they could see that it had already been ordered and payed for. I waited a few minutes and then a girl came to the wkndow
This location is open one day qnd closed the next. The sign on the door from 1/26/22 said they would be open today 1/27/22 yet they are closed. Also the order ahead on the app is disabled half the time even though the location is open. Staff your location up.
